I'm on my second course through these guys and i have to say...INCREDIBLE, nothing but positive experiences. They've helped me immensely through the first course with any questions. They are very understanding when real life gets in the way and will give 3 week extensions when a deadline is coming up. Their courses are done through the mail, you get a dvd and booklet that detail each lesson, as well as all the tools you will need to perform any jewelry or watch repairs from the course. Once you finish a lesson you mail it back and they grade it. 6/5 stars!

Allowed me to learn how to repair watches in a few months! Oleg helped me when I got stuck through the phone. I would recommend him and the school if you want to start a business in repairing watches or as a passing hobby.

I learned about the school after getting my watch strap fixed. my son decided to take the basic course, as he liked tinkering. The course was informative and now he does all the watches batteries for my family!

HORRRRRRRRRIBLE BUSINESS!! Richard is a con artist and a liar! James also false quoted me on my repair. Cheaper and better service at Fine Gold in Hartford. NEVER GO HERE THEIR BAD BUSINESS WILL CLOSE THEIR STORE DOWN EVENTUALLY. You’re welcome for saving you and your time!

Way to expensive and won't stand behind his work. Had my Rolex hands repaired and when I got the watch back I did not work, they refused to even look at it. I took it to someone else to have it fixed, the staff was broken , I was told it could never have worked.
