They took good care to properly wrap everything and had the division of labor among the crew down to a science. I don’t think they actually carry any insurance. They completely destroyed my 82 inch flat screen TV. They told me they were insured, but when I notified them they did nothing to resolve the situation. I helped unload the truck, and the movers there didn’t say anything, in fact they seemed happy to have the help. Would not recommend, would not use again.

I would give them ten stars if I could. Moved with them twice — once in DC, and once from DC to NY. Both times they were communicative ahead of time and were able to provide the proof of insurance for my buildings. The day of the moves they arrived right on time, were extremely efficient and had a positive attitude, and were very careful with my belongings. Both times they also packed up my apartment way quicker than I had anticipated— very true to their name, they are the best movers! Thanks very much Best Movers LLC!

We moved with Best movers on Sep 3. They arrived right on time and was very organized. They got right to work and was careful to wrap up our furnitures. They double wrapped my TV, which was awesome. The unloading process also went smoothly. They were so efficient and very quickly got our boxes and bags up to our new apartment. They also carefully placed our furniture at the spots we want them. Overall, great service and experience.

Great experience with Best Movers; they were quick to respond to my initial inquiry (which I was grateful for, as the moving company I originally booked went back on their guarantee they could service my new address), and sent two movers--Adrian and Steve--who were quick, courteous, and careful. Showed up on time, communicated well, and worked intelligently to move my stuff in the most efficient way possible. Incredibly appreciative that these guys made what is usually an incredibly stressful experience into an easy day.

Alex and his team were fantastic through my entire move. They communicated quickly and were on time and ready to go exactly when they said. The move took a little longer than I was anticipating, but that was because they were taking such care with my furniture and belongings. Everything was treated very carefully in both my old apartment and my new home. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I'd definitely use them again! I can't say enough positive things about Alex and his team. I sent an initial request at 10 pm on a Friday night and received a response within minutes. This was only the beginning of their consistent responsiveness, as they remained timely with all communication. The day of my move coincided with this year's snow storm, yet they had no problems or hesitations with driving, parking, or lifting. They even took special care to wrap my belongings and protect them from the sleet. My belongings were delivered in perfect condition, furniture was expertly disassembled and reassembled, and all done with remarkable efficiency and timeliness.
