Do you like taking a day off from work and not having the company show up? Well this is the place to call! Took 2 days off from work both days a no show, worst company and they lied about calling me to reschedule after the first no show. Took another day off from work and again a no show! Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend this company at all!

I was in a pinch and needed a hoist truck to help me pull 500' of 1-1/4 steel pipe from a well. I called Eastern Water and a very nice woman picked up and immediately assisted me. They sent two guys and a boom truck out to help me right away. The two men that showed up were great, very friendly and hard workers. We all worked together like a team and got the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciate that they were so willing to help out a neighbouring well company on such short notice. The price they charged was very reasonable and I will definitely called them again when need be. Thanks again guys!!

We have had nothing but the best experiences with the guys that we have seen from Eastern. They are super knowledgable, considerate and understanding of the trouble that water issues cause their customers. I cannot speak more highly of them and would recommend them for sure. I never review anybody but this company is just that good!

Gave me an estimate for a full thousand dollars over what was a small line fix amount that others had quoted as under 300!! Lol nice! Watch out for these guys! Update- dont believe the astroturfing. In all the time since this review was posted not ONCE did this company reach out with any corrective offers!

I have used Eastern Water Solutions for several years now to service my water filtration system. I've used other supposedly "reputable" companies in the past who have lied and basically replaced my filters each time for service (charging me for a complete new install) instead of emptying them and re-bedding them costing me thousands of dollars each year. Last year, I needed to replace my chemical system with a more efficient system. I did my due diligence and had 3 different companies come out to give quotes. Two of the companies clearly did not know what they were doing and I again chose Eastern to do the work. They were honest, explained everything, and did not try and oversell me on things I did not need. They guys that came out to install it were fantastic, professional and answered all of the questions that I had as they were replacing it. The system takes up less space and they did an awesome job on the installation. Once completed, took the time to explain to me how the entire system works. A few days later, the water still wasn't clear, they came out, made some adjustments and emptied my storage tank and I haven't had a problem since. My water is perfect. No more stains, smells, chemicals! Just recently, my water stopped working after hours. I immediately called them and they scheduled the service guys to come out at 8:30 am the next day. Andy and his team arrived promptly at 8:30 am, quickly assessed the situation and it was determined that there were frayed wires near the pump itself. Money is extremely tight for me at the moment and my worst fear was that the well pump had died. I firmly believe that any other company would have lied and told me it was my well pump since it is 15 years old. The guys went over and above and put some plastic sleeves around the wires in order to prevent the friction of the wires rubbing against the well casing. The job was completed in one hour. This company is the epitome of honesty, integrity, professionalism and what customer service should be all about. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! If you are looking for well, well pump or water treatment system, Eastern is the way to go! Do NOT waste your time with the over-priced "well known" companies out there or the smaller "mom&pop" shops who don't have the capacity to handle your needs. Shane runs a top-notch operation with amazing employees from the field technicians to the office staff. THANK YOU EASTERN!!! You have a customer for life!

Incredible service. I have used this company for 15 years and they are terrific. They installed my well originally and were great when I had problems, and needed some upgrades. Highly recommended.
