I went in today to kindly ask if the gentleman behind the desk could look into why my mail keeps getting returned to sender. He then proceeded to throw up his hands and go on a 10 minute tangent about how Amanda knows everyone’s address and if I want my mail, then I need to get the people to put the PO Box on the mail. He was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I have lived here for 8 months and should be in the system by now. It is called being lazy and not looking in said system. If this man is the manager or something, he deserves to be fired after the way he spoke to me. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism.

The girl behind the desk was nasty and seemed annoyed when I was asking questions. It wasn’t just me because the woman who came in following me was also treated with the same disrespectful attitude. The girl behind the desk made me feel unwelcome and that’s not how I should feel going into any business including the United States Postal Service.
