Terrible experience getting car at airport, took about an hour and a half to get through only half of the line, so my husband joined the Avis ap while in line and we got to walk over to another building which took a few min to get car. Moral of story definitely get the ap prior to getting a car here and everything will be peachy.

This was one of the best car rental experiences I've had. I've rented many cars over the years and this one hands down ranked as the top. My rental was for the week of 3/13-3/19/2022. The gentleman who assisted with my rental upon my arrival and departure made my car rental experience seamless. I would highly recommend rentals from this location. Easy to get in and out of the location as well. The car I received was clean and even better smelled like no one had smoked it it. I'll be back for sure!

First of all I want to say ignore any reviews made a year ago or longer, this location is under new management and they are awesome! I rent from this location on a fairly regular basis and Jesse is a fantastic manager he always greets me with a warm and friendly hello and is fast and efficient in the process of my rental. Any car or SUV I've rented has always been thoroughly cleaned and washed. I can't say enough good things about Jesse and the staff here, just wonderful!

Rented a car on Monday, opened the door to only smell cigarettes and marijuana. We have a 9 month old baby, and they DID NOT offer a differnt vehicle when we complained. The smell of marijuana was so strong we were convinced there was still some in the vehicle. Upon searching the car we found a container from a local dispensary, we complained yet AGAIN and nothing from the company. Today when we returned the vehicle the employee was smoking outside and LIED about being a customer returning a car.... then said "well if you don't need a receipt, I'll take the keys for you". We then again brought up the paraphernalia found under the seat, and the employee claimed "they are not allowed to clean under the seat in case of needles"... I am so unhappy with the "service" of this company, and absolutely blown away at the risk they put their customers in! We will NEVER rent from this company again!!!

they deliver what they promise , Tony there is a great and very very helpful person who helped us know everything we need and they are easy going as long as you keep the car clean & get it back fueled as you got it would sure use them again
