I am very happy with the service I have gotten from H & R Block with Lynette Nadeau as my tax preparer. I did not give a score of 5 only because my tax return has become simpler in recent years and I can no longer itemize, so I may do my own return next year to save some money, as I am in retirement now. I have done my own taxes in the past, and being on a fixed income, I need to closely watch my spending.
