Got a VIN verification here the other day. I just moved to CT and had to switch my registration. Getting the VIN verification was very easy at this location. The guys who work here were very friendly, informative and respectful. I have white seats in my Tesla and the mechanic asked me to get in to show the necessary information so he didn't dirty my seats.

I’ve been here a couple times Heavy set younger guy who pumps gas always has a snarky tone when speaking to me and mumbles things under his breath such as “I already told you”. Reminder to be kind to your customers not abrasive and unprofessional !!

Came here to do an emissions test for my job, it was quick but when I kindly asked the technician for a receipt , he pointed to the inspection report and said that was my receipt. I calmly explained I needed a written receipt for my job and he muttered a smart remark under his breathe. Very unprofessional.

Just got the emission test done for my Car. Excellent customer service...complete transparency into what they're doing with your car...you can see on TV live streaming of the mechanic working on your car. Front desk person was good to talk too.
