I'm Angry that AT&T shut my phone off after my number was ported, it was transferred with out without my permission! I lost 5 days of no phone and about 80 dollars in gas driving back to Connecticut to straighten this mess out! Plus another $ 32.00 to reactivate my number back! So I am very happy I got my number back ! But very upset it cost me over $100.00 to do it!!!!!!!!! When everything is normal like having your phone number and have service, it is great. When I went back to the Store in Torrington, top of East Main! Those guys were the Best ! They stopped everything to get my number back! Back from being transferred to different carrier! I will always do business with AT&T ! So if your looking for some Amazing service stop in and see Anthony there are two of them there! Both helped me get my number back!

We came in to upgrade our phones and had a great experience. It took several hours to upgrade the 5 phones. We also upgraded to Directtv Stream saving us even more money. Thank you Justin and the entire crew at the Torrington store.

Kind and diligent, they did a wonderful job setting me up with a new phone. I traded in my broken, and I mean couldn't even finish booting up, Galaxy S6 for a Galaxy S22 for free because the trade in got me $800 credit. I about left my body lol The staff was super nice and they meticulously applied my screen protector with no air bubbles and put in the SIM card and all that jazz. Great job ♡

Everybody that works here is an absolute tool, when you ask any on floor employee about something, it seems like it's been their first day on the job. Ive seen people with dementia with a higher IQ. I highly recommend that you talk to a manager instead so you get everything situated with. Obviously the manager cant train employees on stupidity but he's always trying his best, I mean he is a manager. So kudos man.

I was in desperate help with a billing error and had been working with ATT corporate for several months to no resolution. I decided to go directly to the store. Aidan was the sales specialist that greeted me and I explained my situation on the billing. As a sales person myself I know the last thing I want to do is handle a issue that generates no sales! Aidan jumped right in LISTENED and advised he would work on the issue and get back to me. He stuck with me for a week resolved the problem with his Manager David and promptly credited my account. Aidan was more than professional and please look him up for new sales because he will gladly help after the sale. Great job guys thanks

Nice store, clean and no clutter. Got help within 2 minutes of arriving. Was able to get my new phone and transfer all my stuff over and left within 30mins of being there.

Went to AT&T to switch from T-mobile and Anthony was THE BEST sales rep I’ve ever had. He’s so understanding and patient with his customers and make sure that you only get the best deals that the store has to offer. If your thinking of switching over and need a sales rep that you can trust Anthony is your guy.

I recently went to the AT&T store in Torrington, CT and had an amazing experience upgrading to a new phone. Chase W. was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the process of switching phones very easy, transferred my previous data into my new phone with such ease, and advice me on good products and accessories for my new phone.
