Shoreline cancelled my moving after I was waiting last min. The owner told me on the phone he was going to have me arrested for being rude to his driver. I was not rude and how dare he threaten me.

Being seniors and moving was a challenge both physically and mentally and we are so thankful for the team of John, Billy and Jay who showed up on moving day. These 3 pros took over and made us feel we would have a good moving day. Extremely hard workers that took perfect care of every item we were moving from our large colonial home. We feel we got way more than we paid for. We had to change our move day three times and they were understanding and accommodated our needs. Strongly recommend Shoreline Movers to anyone who wants the best moving day.

Ron supervised two strong and polite young men on Labor Day to move us. They were prompt and worked steadily till the job was done. They were very careful with our antiques. Excellent workers.

They did a great job!! We recently moved from Westbrook to Guilford. They were on time, early actually. They were professional and fast. Moved all our stuff with care, including our piano. They even took care to drive a slower, safer route to keep the piano safe. We highly recommend Shoreline Movers of Westbrook!

I had a good experience at first scheduling the move but then moving day came. The movers were supposed to be there at 9, I got a call at 11:45 saying the truck broke down and they could fit me in next week. They agreed to refund my $100 deposit but I still haven't gotten it a month and a half later.

We hired shoreline movers for a move from wallingford to Durham. Ron and his team were great, very professional and efficient - they arrived on time, wrapped and secured all furniture and were careful with everything. They made sure all the items packed went into the right rooms and even re-arranged some placement as needed. I would definitely recommend using them and plan to next time we move

We used Shoreline Movers on Aug 17, 2017 to move our home from Madison to Milford. They arrived early, and waited for us to get ready. When they started, they laid out runners, shrink wrapped all our sofas, and disassembled all our beds. I am very happy with the service, will definitely recommend this mover. John

I originally called for help moving a few items, and they told me they have a 3 hour minimum: 2 hours labor and 1 travel. After I coordinated a date, I called back to schedule with Shoreline, and left multiple voicemails over 3 weeks. When someone finally called me back, he told me they had a 4 hour minimum, and when I told him that I was explicitly told they had a 3 hour min and I have been waiting three weeks to schedule with them, he told me, "You're apparently in a bad mood. Why don't you hang up and try another company." As a struggling college student who just needs help moving a few items, I hope this post will enlighten others to this company's poor business etiquette/customer service.
