I moved today and used two men and a truck. Having never used a moving company before I didn't know what to expect. The whole experience was great! Three guys showed up and were very friendly, hard working and speedy. They wrapped everything and were very careful with all my stuff and saved me a lot of hard work that would have taken me days. The move was done in a few hours. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone with a move coming up.

Greg and Kevin were awesome - worked well as a team, listened to our plan and showed great care for our things. For a family move at the end of the month we feel fortunate to have landed Two Men and are thrilled with the result. Marilyn and Michelle in the main office were prompt and responsive as well. If I could rate zero stars I would. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I needed emergency packing and removal of my belongings for an extended period due to household damage. My experience with 2 men and a truck makes my head spin. Worst company ever. Their employees wrapped plastic items and did not wrap porcelain items. They stole valuables and left old stuff I had. Mementos of deceased family members are forever gone. Property damaged, items stolen, and ornaments placed in bottom of boxes unwrapped. New unused items I had in unopened boxes not returned and I was told because the never used items were in boxes already they would probably be sold by the thieves who were hired from by insurance company. I am so saddened by the loss of my things from a company entrusted to care and store my belongings. They were not suppose to break and steal so much. Never use this company. I am now in need for another moving company for a different reason, guess what: it won't be 2 men in their lousy truck. Beware people whom you entrust with your belongings. This company is shameful and although I won't get my things back, I filed a complaint against them with my state. Just shameful 😞. What goes around eventually comes around.

Very happy with my move. The office team was incredibly easy to coordinate with and gave a very thorough quote of financial expectations. The team assigned to us arrive promptly and moved quickly. Phil, Nick and their trainee( name is escaping me now, despite the fact he took the time to greet me and introduce himself upon arrival) were incredible professional, thorough and overall a wonderful addition to what can be a very stressful day. Also because of the efficiency of the team my move came in below the quoted value. Would whole heartedly recommend.

I used this service to move furniture within my home. My team damaged my walls and broke the banister in my stair case. While my movers were professional and took ownership of the damage they did, my experience since then has been horrible. The movers spoke with a supervisor at the time of my appointment who was only concerned that I pay my balance and was upset with my team that they didn't have me sign a damage waiver prior to the appointment. They assured me the supervisor was on it and even shared with me the pictures they sent directly to him. They filled out all the paperwork with me, but the supervisor said no damage can be fixed until the full balance was paid. The paperwork said this as well, and so in good faith I paid my balance. Since then, the only phone call I received was from an office worker describing that good reviews will allow them to donate to some charity. When I expressed that there was damage and that I was waiting for a call back she quickly rushed me off the phone saying someone will reach out. I sent an email asking for a follow up about the next steps to repair my damage. No response. I called back into the office and spoke to a different office worker who saw no record of my damage paperwork I filled out with my moving team but assured me one of three supervisors would get right back to me. No phone call back. I texted them through their website stating I have received no response about my next steps to repair my home and that my next steps would be to dispute my charges and make sure I let other people know on reviews. No response. So here I am warning you that they will offer you false promises that they care about customer service and to make sure everything goes smoothly, but once they are paid they have no concern about the experience of their customers. Please be careful. There are other companies in this state that will treat you and your stuff with respect, and if something goes wrong will work with you to make it right. All I asked for was for them to communicate and work with me. I did not receive that. I will not use them again.

Professional, friendly, and all around a good experience! Moving from the 3rd floor of one apartment to the 3rd floor of another, no elevators, and they handled it flawlessly. Wrapped up all the larger pieces of furniture to be sure they didn't get damaged. One piece was damaged despite the wrapping, but they immediately fixed it, and now it's good as new. Would easily recommend to anyone.

Recently we had to move a small amount ot furniture and boxes from an apartment to our house. Two Men and a Truck fit our needs perfectly. The office staff contacted us several times to insure we were prepared for the move. The movers let us know when they were on their way, arriving when they said they would. The movers worked quickly and carefully. Our larger pieces of furniture were wrapped and well protected. I felt that the cost was very fair. I am glad we used Two Men and a Truck rather than trying to move everything ourselves.

I would hire Two Men and a Truck 1,000 times over if I could. They were fantastic! Marilyn was so helpful setting up my move, and the moving team (Nakwane, Corey & Virgil) was fantastic. They took care of my items and were so professional and friendly. I was shocked at how they stacked everything to fit perfectly in my storage unit. Will definitely use them again for my next move!

Excellent overall experience from initial conversation to end of the move. Sarah reached out to me immediately after I completed an online request and she was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions about the move and informed me of everything to expect. Our movers were also professional and I could not recommend more. They showed up near the beginning of the 2 hour window I was given and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for moving help!
