One of the unusually laid out Walmart supercenters. Entrance in the middle. Store was clean and we'll lit. People here were fairly friendly.

No carts available in store, had to go back outside and search the parking lot for one. Items in incorrect spots on the shelves showing the incorrect price, and they refused to honor the price it was placed with. They had no bags, how convenient since I had a large amount of items I had to purchase a bunch of Thier reusable ones. Half the staff can not speak English so they are unable to help if you need assistance.

Bad experience, no one was available at the electronics department. Had to have someone sent over. Then long story short they could not sell me the BT speaker, due to recall. Really? Ok then why have it on display. Sloppy!!!

I like this store, I am frequently there and most of the time is a wonderful experience. Lately since I use the riding cart because of my disability I have not found any carts and if I find one they will die on me half way through the store and they are not plugged back in when back at front. Someone should be assigned to this to make sure carts are charged and available for people in need.

What can I say, It's Wal-Mart in the ghetto so that really sums it up. Well stocked for the most part and is a supercenter so you can do grocery shopping. Parking lot can be a little crazy between finding a spot and getting in and out of space with so many cars and people who are unmindful. The plaza has other stores and fast food restaurants so you can go for one stop shopping.

Around 7am Monday morning I went to Rocky Hill Walmart and was completely upset. No one greeted me as I walked in. There were sale associates all around the store stocking and fixing up all different aisles. Not one associate said Good Morning. When I said Good Morning to 2 of them, I was completely ignored. They looked me right in my face and ignored me. Can’t be a bad morning because the same two went and chuckled and laughed with other associates about the lovely weekend. When I brought this up to “A team leader” I got the automated I’m sorry blah blah blah. The one time where you can find an associate on the Walmart sales floor, you get ignored. Very unfortunate

I went to Walmart with my parents and Elizabeth(a worker) was very racist to me and my parents. She was harassing my dad and Robert(another worker) was very rude. They both had an attitude as we were leaving. The funny thing was it was over pringles.

First time shopping there. Bought four very personal health items and didn't even have a bag so I was carrying them out in my arms. On my way out an older man working in customer service pointed right at me staring daggers and a younger coworker approached me and asked for my receipt. I dropped several of my personal items while digging it out of my wallet and handing it to her. I stood there for a couple minutes, carrying my personal items and continually dropping them as she looked over each item on the receipt. Eventually, the old man walked up over her shoulder and stared at each and every item on the list, which again, were not only limited in terms of quantity but were also very personal and weren't ideal for me to want to share around with anyone, but I complied, recounting each item and their individual price. Eventually the girl okayed me. She was rather polite. The old man stared me down one last time and said "Guess I can't count right." I wished him a good day and on my way out the door I saw that an armed policeman had also been watching the whole ordeal unfold. My first visit after moving into town and probably the most humiliating Walmart experience I've ever had. I won't be coming back.
