Just bought a container of “Fresh Cut Fruit Medley” that said fresh thru 7/31/2021. It is August 6th. Of course I didn’t notice this until I was already at the beach. So annoyed.

We went to this Royal Farm om Fenwick today for chicken. The last time we had chicken here it was out of this world. Today we ordered the 12 piece and fries. The chicken was sooooooooooooo highly spiced it burned our mouths and noses. We could not begin to eat it, we thru it all outside for the animals to eat. The pieces were so small and the piece that we did taste was all dried up. Awful. Guess we won't go here anymore. Did you change your supplier and recipe? Sad experience. $25 down the drain.

everything took so long. we stopped after a long drive to eat at our house. we stopped and they had to make more chicken becuase there was a load of people. we came back after unloading some and it’s still not ready. only one person making all chicken.

Worst service ever. If you want to be on the receiving end of eye rolls and people complaining they have to ring you up after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to acknowledge your existence, great place to go! I dread entering this store.

No one was wearing masks above their noses and the cashier had hers on about half the time that I was waiting for chicken, about 10 minutes. People making food were nice but masks on halfway most of the time. Won't come back.

We always stop at this Royal Farms to get some food on our way out of Ocean City. While we gassed up, I ran in to get a few things. There were no customers inside and everything was easy to find. My order of Western Fries was served quickly and the cashier was very nice and talking to me about how my day was and everything. Even if this place had bad service, we would still return since it's very convenient. Overall, our visit to this place was very wonderful!

Went in there today to get some chicken. We wanted a 2 piece white meal. They did not have that option. So we had to get a 3 piece. The guy that was preparing the orders was wearing sunglasses and NO hair net. The box was to small for the order.. only got about 2 fries in one of our orders. The bread bun was all destroyed, the fries were destroyed, & the chicken was squashed up. It's like the guy just jammed everything in the boxes.

Have been going to this store for a long time. It's been steadily declining over the past few years. Multiple times they have been out of chicken.... let me repeat that, royal farms out of chicken. Went to order my food and was told after i paid for it They were out of chicken. So I ordered something else, which was told to me after paying AGAIN they were also out of that. They always seem to be out of massive amounts of product, mostly chicken related. Staff is mostly non English speaking during peak season, which makes it very hard to communicate what you want. They are also rude and dismissive of any questions you may have. Sadly my business will go elsewhere. Managment does not seem to care that they are pissing off customers and losing them in droves.
