Have been taking my dog here for several years. Yesterday when I went for her appointment, they informed me they could not groom her because she is diabetic. She has been diabetic the whole time I have been taking her there, and it has never been an issue. I guess they have just decided to start inforcing their policies! Spoke to the salon manager today she was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Staff was helpful. Glad they had a vet site. They need cameras in the parking lot. My truck was hit and I can't do anything about it

Stacia the trainer was so friendly to both my dog and I that I wish I lived closer for training classes. She noticed my puppy and kindly taught me a few small training tricks. She also let me know about the single classes Petco has to offer, so I am thinking about returning just for her! Thanks again!

Grooming NEVER answers the phone when called, and without the ability to schedule a grooming appointment online, Petco makes it incredibly difficult to provide services in a manner of ease. Canceling my Vital Care membership after 2 years since services have been drastically reduced.

The store didn't have enough employees working. I needed help with a product and got very little help. The prices are crazy high. I doubt I will ever go back here. On a positive note, the cashier was very nice.

We got both our dogs’ nails trimmed here and they did an excellent job. The dogs were treated well and returned feeling fabulous.

I finally observed more supplies of Science Diet from Hills. And the Cashier helped me connect my app point rewards with my in store purchases- saving me $5.00! Now I am -good to go- for future ... thank you for the peace of mind.. love to all animals and petco.. lisa

Petco in Middletown is reliable and gets the job done when it comes to Immunizations and groom. This location will be opening a petco hospital which is even more convenient to have all services done in one location. The building is new and clean. Pros: location, service is great, Immunization clinic on sire with the ability to book online, rewards program, and grooming. The app is neat as it is a convenient means to review a pets profile and rewards earned. Cons: the prices for products are a bit expensive.
