Georgetown store in Washington. Very small, not much variety and, one bad thing about all Abercrombies, they are priced too high for the quality

HORRIBLE customer service!!! They assistant manager and the staff are incredibly rude and stand-offish. I just want jeans, not an attitude!

It is a nice Abercrombie. Luckily it didn't have that overwhelming scent as most do, instead it was just bearable instead. They have the newest selections.

Customer service is as bad as its ever been. BUYER BE WARNED -- I returned $250 worth of merchandise three weeks ago at this location: it was very clear that the cashier didnt care about attending to customers, and didnt seem to be competent. Thankfully, I kept my return receipt; however, the customer service wasnt even able to get my return processed and now I have to just try to call back and hope I get a different result. I'm 26 and tried giving A&F another shot after being dissuaded from supporting this business a few years back and this experience has made me further discouraged.

The fitting rooms closes an hour before the store does forcing customers to try on clothes in the walkway and the number listed on the abercrombie website for this store is inactive.

i remember a manager named jessica that worked here. horrible personality. some people just shouldnt lead. also other managers were not friendly.

Staff was courteous and very helpful. Allowed me to shop in peace without hassling me very three minutes (Something most retail environments struggle with). Offered suggestions to pair with outfits I had tried on and even showed me a few of their fragrances. I do not normally wear A&F but would definitely shop here again. Other retail locations should take a page out of this stores handbook, be helpful not pushy.
