I feel that this company is very bad. I bought clothes from their company, and then I refunded them. Their company kept billing me. There are bills, I don't even have a reason for anything, I still have to pay, it's horrible, I have to pay. Hello ladies, don't use their company's credit card to buy things. After you buy something, if you return it, he will ask you to match the bill. So if I go to their company to buy clothes now, I will use my US credit card, I don't Will use their company credit card because I'm too scared.

My only complaint is that the 'buy online, pick up in-store' option is really more of a 'reserve an item already in-store' service, since items not available in that particular store can't be shipped there from elsewhere.

The cashier didn't even bother to ask me if I was with Serve DC before she rung up my purchase. I just checked my credit card account & she has charged me twice for 1 pair of pants. The 1st was the original price of $93 for a pair of damn yoga/workout pants which is f'n insane. The 2nd charge was when I informed her that the price she charged me couldn't have included the 20% off the sales price. She said, "Oh well I didn't know because most of our shoppers aren't with them (Serve DC)." She proceeds to do what I assumed was calculating the discount & subtract the difference. No. She rang it up again as $70+ tax thus charging me twice. Now I feel that I don't even want the item being charged twice for it. That's $153 dollars for a pair of workout pants I purchased for my daughter that she very well may not be able to fit her due to her curvaceous body shape.
