They sell tampered with gift cards! I bought a gift card to purchase a plane ticket for a funeral of a family member. $400 on the gift card. I opened it and it LITERALLY didn’t have the last 4 digits. Like It was scraped off. I’m definitely involving law enforcement to look deeper into this. No refund on gift card, so I basically lost my money. How is this fair?

Absolutely the most poorly managed business, particularly the pharmacies, regardless where you go. There is no customer service and in fact there are some argumentative and not very bright employees. A JOB IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT. I say restaff ALL OF WALGREENS, particularly the management, and then maybe you might improve.

I have been a loyal customer to this walgreens for over 7 years and I have never felt so disrespected and dehumanized in my entire life. my friend who is from asian and hispanic descent was target by a worker at this establishment threatened to call the police on us for me sitting in the cart not doing anything wrong. she went up to us and said this cart is not for entertainment and that she was going to call the police. I am appalled and will never be shopping here ever again i am going to take my business to cvs across the street.

I have been using Walgreen's at Nob Hill and Broward Blvd. for several years. My wife has cancer that spread to her coccyx and it is very painful. Her pain management Dr. prescribed a new medication called Belbuca, gave me a discount coupon, and advised that insurance would not cover it. I went to subject store and pharmacist Danielle told me that they didn't have it. They sent me to the store at University and Nova Drive. I called the Dr. who called in the scrip to the new store. The new store said that they only had 53 doses, and the scrip called for 60 doses. They claimed that the coupon would not work for less than the 60 doses. They said that they would call around to find it at other stores. They called and found it AT NOB HILL AND BROWARD (that's right, the original location). When I went there again they told me that this was not covered by insurance. I had already told them that the first time I was there. Then pharmacist Danielle said it could not be filled. I called the Dr. and had him talk to the omniscient Danielle. She wanted to argue, but at the end she said if the Dr. would revise his scrip to say twice a day, she would fill it. He called it back in. Then the clerk said that she called Belbuca and they told her that the coupon had to be submitted in conjunction with insurance. Printed on the face of the coupon are the instructions to pharmacist: Cash patients: Submit a PRIMARY claim using a particular bin number. Danielle and her crew were rude, obstinate, attempted to override the physician, just incompetent, and unable to follow instructions.

The Pharmacy gets an A in my book, but the store gets a D and that is being generous. Front cashier is a joke, the worst I've seen. Consumers beware of deceptive bargain schemes at this store

I just witnessed an employee Sheri get disgusting with a customer, Sheri was screaming at her with her hands up, like trying to attack her, I’m surprised she didn’t call the police and her arrested, or where’s the management to check on their employees? Couldn’t believe that’s what’s going on at Walgreens now. Never coming back at this location again, sorry but I don’t want to get attacked by Walgreens employees.

This is for the pharmacy at this location. I had a poor experience the during thanksgiving I went to fill my prescription. The lady give me poor service she was obviously stressed out and overwhelmed. First no eye contact she was typing and without looking at me she said speak am listening. I gave her my prescription and insurance also try to ask her about good Rx but she scarcely answer. She check my insurance and said it was canceled without probing or attempted to call the insurance or offer any further assistance. She just handed me the documents. Knowing that my insurance was not canceled I went to my car and made a call to the insurance company and was assured my insurance was ok. I went back and she saw me but ignored me so the elderly man who has been there since I first went there in 2011, acknowledged me and offer to help. He realized the card was not processing and he called the insurance (exactly what the lady should have done) only to find out my birthday was being entered incorrectly. If I was dying she would leave me to die. I realized that these people often times treat minorities differently. I did nothing wrong except to legally fill my prescription like every body else. I was also told the prescription would take 45 minutes but the time I stepped out and reach the stop light I got an auto dial advising it was ready.
