I am visiting this pharmacy over an year now and always had a very good experience. Today I visited to pick up my Rx and due to some reason pharmacy people could not locate it. Eric from the team was super helpful. He called the doctor and got a new Rx ordered for me and made sure it will be delivered on time. I saw he was helping all customers with great empathy and drivelines. I would give 4 Stars overall !

I honestly if I could I would have not leave a star because as a Spanish decent I felt embarrassed and ashamed of how racist and disrespectful our Latino community is towards African Americans, and we really have to do better. On June 12, 2022 My experience was not pleasant at all. Cosmetic associates followed my wife around the store and sprayed behind her repeatedly saying this black lady smells to To another associates, who spoke Spanish. Not knowing I spoke Spanish and from a Spanish decent. I decided not to intervene and see what the other associates would say, literally word from word, in Spanish she said all black people have a smell. I walked up and ask the associates if there was a manager and she inform me she was. I Honestly was shocked a manager would allow there associates to behave in such manner, racist jokes are old and ignorant especially from our Latino community. Definitely calling corporate and informing them about this incident. Walgreens you should definitely need to address this incident and probably train your staff.

One of the worst pharmacy locations. Employees move with no sense of urgency, like we have all the time in the world to pick up a prescription. Walgreens app provides an express pay option to make the whole process seamless. Much to my dismay noone seems to know how it works and nothing is express about the visit. If you value your time, don’t go to this location.

Terrible actually the most terrible pharmacy in all of south florida, they lied to me about my prescription taking atleast 24 hours to transfer when i spoke to 5 other pharmacies that say thats false. They dont wanna give me my prescription its crazy

I understand that pharmacies are overwhelmed and understaffed right now, but I was on hold for 20 minutes the first time, 15 minutes the second time, and got hung up on both times. Please do not hang up on people who need their crucial medicines. I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to the Walgreens that actually answers their phones.

The never answer the phone. If they ever do, they can’t be bothered to speak with you and are hurried and you can barely understand them as they answer in short tactless sentences. Don’t bother with the photo department. Same day services or even “within the hour services” are a joke. They never have anyone working in photo yet won’t change their website to reflect this. Expect to arrive when you get the “confirmation email” and find out nothing was even started.

Bad costumer service. I went to get my prescription That urgent just gave me, the lady in the pharmacy took it and said will take a few minutes I waited for 30 minutes inside the store graving some liquids I have to drink the entire night and I went to pick it up and a young kid told me is not ready yet but after a second they close the window without telling they gonna close I asked another lady if they can ask for my prescription because they close the door and she says the pharmacy told her is not going to be ready, after 20 minutes waiting i told her i need to take those pills tonight, and the pharmacy lady came back and say i am sorry is not going to be today. This was very disrespectful, i feel so sick and waited because said to me it is just a few minutes and i had to leave without my prescription. Next time tell the customers u want to go home and you do not want to so your job.

Bad costumer service! I called to know if they accept walking for flu vacine , they said yes , I drove with my mother 86 old to get it , the girls Jordan and Chelsea were very unprofessional, said after 4 no walkings I explained that I called before , she didn’t even want hear About ! So sad 😞 that this Farmacy has so Inpatients and Unhelpful employees ! Guess what ? I won’t come back , because this is not The first time that I leave this Walgreens very upset ! And this is not acceptable!

I have worked in the pharmacy business for 28 years. Walgreens must not educate their techs about customer service. I have never experienced this in other pharmacies. I picked up 3 RX's. 2 of them were refills and 1 was new. Not once i have heard " Do you need consultation or help with any of these prescriptions." Or "Are you familiar with these meds'" or "Would you like to speak to the pharmacist about your medications?" Nothing. This is not what we have been told in pharmacy school. Just taking the money and slapping down the bag and the receipt, is what they should not be doing. This happens every time i go in there. I am tired of it!

Irresponsible people, careless management, should have pharmacy removed from the business name. For over a week my wife had a COVID19 test scheduled for today, we cancelled travel plans, received a reminder this morning and shower confirmation...When we arrived for the 10AM appointment the girl on the drive thru window simply said that is was a mistake, all appointments have been canceled. Very very careless, stupid people making us waist time on a serious matter, we waited the entire week for this. Find another place, DO NOT do business with the kind of business.
