Best drugstore in Plantation, Florida (FL) 2024

I am visiting this pharmacy over an year now and always had a very good experience. Today I visited to pick up my Rx and due to some reason pharmacy people could not locate it. Eric from the team was super helpful. He called the doctor and got a new Rx ordered for me and made sure it will be delivered on time. I saw he was helping all customers with great empathy and drivelines. I would give 4 Stars overall ! ~Nikhil

Absolutely the most poorly managed business, particularly the pharmacies, regardless where you go. There is no customer service and in fact there are some argumentative and not very bright employees. A JOB IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT. I say restaff ALL OF WALGREENS, particularly the management, and then maybe you might improve. ~:Karima:

The store was pretty well managed a couple of years ago. There was always someone available at the front register and the pharmacy functioned well with a small but efficient crew. Since then there is long wait for someone at the front register. The pharmacy has added a bunch of people that seem to be milling around not sure what to do. If you go to the pharmacy counter they wait hoping someone else to wait on you, more so at their lunch break or quitting times.(Lunch break shut down? Why not staggered lunch breaks and stay open?) One pharmacy person shut down for lunch in the middle of my order and said "you will have to come back later". ~In
