BOTH THESE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE! this man in the first picture said that they didn’t have the big wrap for the burrito as they were using something else just to say I couldn’t get it then says he thought it was common sense! If you didn’t have the wrap and weren’t making them at all that should’ve been said he proceeded to curse and get upset because I told him his communication is off and needs to improve if he’s working fast food then I asked the lady whose in the picture for his name after she heard him use profanity she told me no which she can’t do and then told security to have me leave after I took pictures of them which I can do because this is my phone!

Alabama Ave Chipotle. More like hard working Chipotle. Food prep, conditions and customer service is good. The amount of patrons served and catered to is well compared to the massive lines that dine here. I even made a juicy burrito and the staff were able to cleanly and skillfully prepare my meal. Now I myself wouldn't necessarily sit to dine, the option is available.

My experience is always disappointing. Every single time they are missing a key ingredient. The customer service is consistently lackluster and it seems they refuse to step it up. Wether it delivery or take out the order is missing something. Plesse fix it. Your custimers deserve better no matter the area.

This is by far the WORST CHIPOTLE in my area! The food is prepared incorrectly and taste like it. The employees are very rude, disrespectful, and lacks MAJOR costumer service skills. The location is a waste of a franchise in this area. Kid-friendliness: CLEAN UPP !!! Keep the homeless out!!!

The rice is undercooked, they have chunks of avacodo in the guacamole and the food is tasteless. The food is made poorly.

The oversized lady over charged me my food and was rude and disrespectful had a bad attitude and made the lady who was cashier over charge me and she didn't want to I can't stand some of the people they make work there my ticket says Veronica but the lady who made my food was rude and they are two different people

Now, I try to be fair and I'm always honest. This Chipotle location is lackluster and has gone down. I've both ordered from Uber Eats (which is more expensive) and I've physically gone inside. The customer service is very unacceptable and the food portions are skim compared to the price that they want you to pay. Newsflash, we all are suffering in this pandemic and economic crisis; The fact that people still spend money out to eat to help support local businesses is a blessing. CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE! I just ordered again today ( before being completely done with this location); I ordered two chicken bowls . The food was cold and the portion looked like it was made for a toddler, it looks like someone ate out of the carton. No guacamole, which was an extra charge ..a sprinkle of cheese, no meat... It was supposed to be chicken in it ... Where is the food? My order was over $40. I'm done.

They are so fast, efficient, and really fun. My favorite chipotle. I'm kind of annoyed reading some of the reviews that say it's ghetto. It's clean, fastest I've seen, and incredibly helpful. I don't understand what ghetto means in this situation.

This location is the worst just ghetto I would NEVER recommend, the girls are very young, (that explains a lot) but not every young individual has this mind set. The girls are ghetto, irritating, rude and annoying they make the job harder than what it is by having these unnecessary attitudes when they are the ones getting every order wrong…so who’s fault is that? How about getting a job that you love than. I’ll definitely skip this location with no hesitation
