My card was recently locked due to a consumer fraud alert and I visited the TD Bank branch to investigate, and got stellar service from Akelia Ellington. She stayed on hold and worked the problem for an hour straight to get it resolved so I could go about my business, so massive kudos to Akelia for her dedication!

Worst TD bank branch . No customer service won’t even listen to customers and will start argueing with you . Ordered checks and at first the employee told me you will not be charged and after checking my account they charged me.

I went to this location on a Saturday to open an account. I usually check reviews of a place before going there. While I stepped in there with the assumption that the experience will be bad because of what I read from others’ reviews, I was surprised to experience the opposite. The employee named Akelia who helped me with opening the account assisted me from the beginning till the end. She even waited patiently as I was downloading the td bank app from the App Store and then helped me with configuring the username and password. I was certainly satisfied with their customer service.

Had one teller taking care of one person while the other tellers were busy with other things that may have bin important but not for more than 20 minutes standing their looking at our frustrated faces won’t bank with them won’t go their ever again

I am being generous with that 1-star...because they do not deserve that. Maybe a half star for half the effort. This ATM is ALWAYS broken and for it to be "America's Most Convenient Bank"...they fail, miserably! The CS is horrendous! I have dealt with CS via phone and had one rep tell me he could NOT explain something to me because he did NOT understand it himself. What is that? How did he get his job and how can you promote a business if you do not understand it yourself?? Oh and I had an overdraft fee on one of my accounts so when I called to have them explain it...the rep said she did not see where my account went negative and it was a bank error...again, why? How? Totally confused but they did fix my account for their error and I'd prefer to use the CS rep via phone than the inface tellers and reps in the branch. Convenient...this bank is, unless you need an ATM and must drive either 25mins north or south to go to the next nearest TD Bank ATM...Friendly and Courteous, this bank is not. They have the means for a drive up ATM which they do not use or implement the idea of...again, why not??

I have to be completely honest with you. This bank is amazing. I may not go on a regular where they will remember my name but when j do go they are constantly asking me if I need any assistance and that's not only if I ask for help when I walk up to the counter or when I just go to the door to take money out. They are very helpful and have wonderful costumer service. I will continue to bank with them. I love TD Bank and it's my very own account and my first time banking with them. They are very considerate of your concerns and problems that you may have. I recommend this bank to anyone.

This branch doesn't even rate one star- the customer service is nonexistent and the employees behavior is egregious to say the least. I waited an hour for a simple service that took all of two minutes to accomplish, while other employees pretended to be busy with other work. even so the young guy who helped me was very pleasant. But later in the week I visited the branch and waited for 5 minutes for a teller to appear. It was no big deal, but as the teller was processing my check he proceeded to mock my last name and roll his eyes to the new employee he was training. He didnt think I could hear but I did. I mean seriously, what is he? Twelve?? I have noticed that over the past few years the the Customer service at TD bank in general has declined. I'm closing my accounts- they obviously don't want my cash.
