People are great that work there. Very helpful. Reason for low score is because they changed the way you check in and now require you to be there 30 minutes early unnecessarily even if you have pre-filled out your information. They do not require masks so if you are concerned about other people's germs you better wear your mask!!!!

Everyone at this location in Boca on 441 is so kind, patient and helpful. The front desk was wonderful with me as well as everyone else I watched them assist. They genuinely seemed happy to help. Thank you Ornella and Celeste. Steven and Helani we’re also very nice during my procedure. Jodi in scheduling was great also. Great service everyone!!

Horrible , this is NO DCA (former owners) staff unorganized, computers were down, I waited forever, and had to pick up images at another location, I will NEVER go back here. EVER

Celeste up front and everyone there was super nice, Dwight was excellent for X-ray. Extremely fast, smooth, organized and easy. Will definitely come here for future imaging needs as the place was also extremely clean.

At the reception, Ornella was great. There were 4 other people. One man seemed to be on the phone, while 2 young women and 1 young man were just talking amongst each other. When I said, anyone? The only one that actually responded was Ornella. Very kind. X-ray and ultrasound took a little over 1 hour.

Out all the x-ray, scan places I've been too, this place is by far my favorite. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Fast! And very clean.

Made an apppointment 30 days out for an xray and echo. Rayus had me registered 3 times and showed both exams were scheduled. When I showed up for the exam, Gloria, in the front said there were two X-ray scripts and they were missing the echo script, gloria sent me to the assistsnt manager who gave me a fax number and left for the night. I immediately call my doctor's office and the script was faxed over 10 minutes later. I waited in line to talk to Gloria again, she informed me that the faxs go into database with roughly 10000 faxs, she would have to open them all to find my fax, at that point she said she had no time for me she had to help others. I then call my doctor's office again and wait in the line for 10 minutes, i had the doctor's office holding on my phone to try another way to get the script over to gloria, She gleefully said there was no other way and called for the next customer, so i got bumped. Frustrated and humiliated I wrote an email to corporate,no response, and I called the office manager the next day only to get her voicemail. I know now to bring a folder with all the appropriate paperwork, even though Rayus said my appointments were confirmed.

I went to the Wellington office who called me to schedule an appointment and took my payment for my sons mri then they wouldn’t take him because they didn’t have the doctors order. So even though they had the order how did they know to schedule or charge me scheduled us for the next evening. I got the order and brought it with me this time. 1st had trouble getting the iv and after all the drama they image was distorted because he had braces. So they said he needs to go to west Boca so could only get an appointment two weeks later to get there and they wouldn’t even try to do the MRI and said my doctor needs to do a cat scan. The staff were rude and ignored me when I asked if the could please just try Wellington said that your machine could work. Basically told me to get out and leave and wouldn’t refund my payment. This is the worst place ever.
