Woman who took my order was not only rude, but I had to correct her callback order twice. They said they have no change at all in the register. When I did receive my drink, it was wrong anyway. Nobody working there seemed to know what was going on or care. For a $5 "coffee" drink, I thought a little better service could be there. Guess I am asking too much.

I recently visited the Dunkin at 11015 E state rd 64, and I must say it was horrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich without bacon and two hash browns. Everything was burnt. I asked for my hash browns to be replaced and they too were burnt. My sandwich was also burnt. I didn’t even ask for my money or anything else for that matter because it seemed pointless. I love and enjoy food and Ive eaten at dunkin numerous times ordering the same thing. This was by far the worst experience that I’ve had eating at dunkin.

Absolutely garbage, either they have no donuts or they mess up your drinks. Staff here doesn't care. There is better service at wawa next door or even starbucks.

Edit: just dropped to 4/5 vs 5/5 as my plain hot coffee is once again laced with unwanted 3 creams and 3 sugars .. Love Dunkin’ and this location RARELY disappoints! Friendly staff and great food /drinks. Keep up the good work!

Very unfriendly staff, specially the manager. No donuts at 9 am. Asked what time they expect them was told by manager: no idea…. Sometime today Definitely need to learn some customer service skills.

Officially the worst Dunkin’ Donuts we’ve ever been to. The unfortunate part that it is the closest DD to us so we come here often and get disappointed every single time but the extra 10 minutes ride to go to a different location may be worth it.

This location consistently gives me a full cup of oatmilk with no coffee in it. Then questions if I know what a latte is when I ask for it to be fixed. They also skipped the pesto and tomato on my order of pesto and tomato grilled cheese. The young kids at the window make rude comments and take zero pride in their job. Would not recommend this location. I will drive the extra few miles to the other location to get better service.

I order extra swirls and pay for them and never have I gotten the extra swirls. I've called and spoken with the manager about this she made it correctly the next time but this morning once again it was made incorrectly. I keep getting charged for it and I don't get it. This morning was the last morning I will be going to this Dunkin.

Not sure what happened to this locations staff??? When they first opened, the staff was friendly, and had orders ready for pick up when you walked in. Last few times the front doors were locked, and only the drive thru was open. So much for "on the go" when you have to wait 20 mnutes in the drive thru! To answer my initial question...it's the management. Gave a coupon when paying and the guy working th window didn't know what to do. Manager came over and pretty much told him he was an idiot (without using those words). If the management isn't any good....the rest of the staff will soon follow in their footsteps!
