6 Best bakery in Bradenton, Florida (FL) 2024

I go to publix for cleanliness and customer service. I just encountered bad customer service from a team member at the Deli. Her name is Amanda. I stood in lane for at least 7 to 8 minutes, she did not acknowledge my presence, she served a new customer instead of me. I wanted food from both side, the hot and the cold. Even the customer to whom she served told her to served me, and refused. I left the food and went to talk to the front service manager. He was very professional and he resolved the issue. Please retrain this bad attitude lady so she can treat everyone the same. Thank you very much. ~marquensy

This market is pretty nice. The workers I have encountered have all been really nice. Like that they have boars head meat. I have no complaints. We went the other night to get a snack and bought their carrot cake and that was one of the best cakes I've ate. ~Java

Just brought my dog, Piper, in to get her nails trimmed here for the first time and Lily was amazing! My dog is incredibly anxious about nails trims and her quicks and nails have gotten so long, but after getting them trimmed here, she was so happy and pretty unfazed! And her nails are the shortest I’ve ever seen them! They took her in right away when I came in for a walk-in. I definitely found our new groomer, and look forward to coming back for a long time 😊🐶 ~Sabrina

First and foremost I’ve never been so appalled regarding poor service. Due to confusion in the drive through, my family and I decided to go inside to save everyone the headache. Upon arriving inside this establishment we were greeted with loud yelling by the “manager” Lillian assuming us of arguing with the other staff members when in all actuality we came inside to cease the confusion. Thank god for the team member Joyce who saved the day. She greeted us with a smile and fixed our order quickly. Joyce is the epitome of great customer service and she acted as a manager should! ~Ajahna

This location consistently gives me a full cup of oatmilk with no coffee in it. Then questions if I know what a latte is when I ask for it to be fixed. They also skipped the pesto and tomato on my order of pesto and tomato grilled cheese. The young kids at the window make rude comments and take zero pride in their job. Would not recommend this location. I will drive the extra few miles to the other location to get better service. ~Eile

The store is decent compared to others, but I have to say that I'm very frustrated with this specific store. There is nothing but self checkout lines with maybe 1 or 2 teenage employees that just sit there texting and don't acknowledge the people who need help which then cause back ups of lines. Florida is like 80% retired people and they are still learning self checkout so you can expect 1 out of 3 people needing help with checking out. Not to mention that they almost never have packages of chicken at their store. This really needs to be fixed. ~Lily
