I live 13 miles from this Publix. I have 2 Publix grocery stores within 5 miles of where I live but I cannot stand to go to the ones close to me ANYMORE..far too many people have moved out to Parrish and they think they own the place🙄 they're rude and I do not wish to interact with "Karens & Darren's" plus never enough registers are open. Rivers edge Publix is wonderful 💜💜The staff are very kind and helpful. The store is clean and the shelves are stocked with everything 💜💜

If you enjoy shopping at Publix, avoid this location. The worst customer service ever experienced at a Publix and it keeps going downhill. It’s not just a one time interaction either, but nearly every time we visit. The managers here are useless and don’t know what they’re doing. The staff are constantly turning over and aren’t trained at all. In particular, the deli is the worst. Always a long line and the staff with no clue what they’re doing. I would rather shop for groceries elsewhere, and would recommend you avoid this location!

Most pathetic run Publix I've been in a long time. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my home. The Deli is not stocked with hardly anything after 6:30...no fried chicken & the other things like BBQ & fish are overheaded & not fresh at all & the vegetables...forget it. The employees couldn't care less & the manager not much more! I'll just go to Walmart for groceries in the future..at least you know what to expect there! I expect more from Publix.

Never have tenders for my sandwich in the deli. The workers aren't very friendly at all. Probably my worse Publix experience ever. Although I work out this way, I definitely won't be back for lunch. Its a complete waste of time.

This market is pretty nice. The workers I have encountered have all been really nice. Like that they have boars head meat. I have no complaints. We went the other night to get a snack and bought their carrot cake and that was one of the best cakes I've ate.

Came in 20 minutes before closing. Managed to get in and out quickly. Employees were polite, not bugging me about that they were closing in a few. I left 10 minutes before closing.

This is my favorite Publix in this area. The employees are super nice and very helpful. The customers are also really nice. Good, safe area. It's a smaller shopping center which I like. Lots of shaded spots to park. It might be an ilder Publix being it's not a really big store, which I like better. I will usually pass the other Publix to go here because the customers seem like they are not in such a rush like the other one. So, it makes for a more enjoyable experience to go here. Quieter, more peaceful than the others on State Rd 64

Used to be good. Going downhill rapidly. Online orders are incomplete or wrong. They should post online that they are out of a certain item BEFORE you go to pick up the order. I have also found several expired items and brought to the courtesy counter staff's attention, next week the items are still on the shelf.

The guy at the pharmacy counter with the majestic mustache is phenomenal, funny and super chill, however the rest of the store (for the most part) are not so great. The deli is atrocious, they'll have 5-6 people working it which is great but every person is making sandwiches and filling to go orders so if you need deli meat/cheese youre going to wait forever. Idk if this location has that much demand for sandwiches or they just haven't been told to multitask or divide and concur the workloads. The store is woefully out of stock which I understand why in this economy but to have rotting fruit for sale is a whole other issue.

Too expensive and always out of stock on items I want. Some of the items I've purchased are stale or compromised somehow too. The carts are smooth, the pharmacy is great and the customer service is pretty good. We go there to shop for food though, not to have a good time. I'd rather go to walmart a few minutes down the road.
