Called and asked about a pressure test kit loaner, a female employee said they have none, I asked if they sell any and she said no again. Just looked the kit up online and they do have loaner kits and they sell them too. So I call again and she puts me on endless hold. I call again and she kicks my call out. Used to love this place but won't be back.

Came in this morning to buy a battery for my Pilot, and the woman working was very short with me and rudely told me they couldn’t test my battery. So I went down the street to AutoZone and they took care of me no questions asked.

I went to advance Auto parts today to get a battery for my wife a guy named Mr Victor put the battery in here my wife's car because I do not have no tools great customer service skills very professional he specifically sad if I need any other with assistance please let him know I will definitely return back again I like like his hospitality the store was clean as well . Also went back today he assist with MAF sensor. He's a awesome guy. I will gladly be returning....

I have been to this location many times as the guys at this location are very knowledgeable, professional, and answer all questions. That is what I expect when visiting a specialty store, for the employees to know what they are doing. I needed to have my battery tested. They greeted me right away and made sure that I knew that someone would help me when they got freed up. As soon as one became available, he tested my battery, he mentioned that he can charge the battery or purchase a new battery. I bought a new battery and it was installed by me( they offered to install). I was in and out with solution. Thank you guys.
