Had two tires changed on my Benz and they stole my Benz stem caps. Went back and of course they couldn’t find them. Wasn’t willing to compensate even after I tipped. Beware!!! It’s not the same guys that use to run it. I’ll never go back again

Paid to have 4 tires mounted and balanced, after 2 attempts, I had to pay someone else to get the balance complete. On the 2nd trip I paid close attention to the way the service was performed, and I will not be taking any of my vehicles there again. The tires are run once on the machine, weight added, then pulled off without a verification run, which is why mine were still out of balance. The wheels are mounted with just impact guns tightening bolts in a circle pattern. There is no use of torque wrenches, or any following of the cross/star lug tightening patterns.

Do not go here they sold me a tire that cracked just days after buying it and they act Like I didn't buy the tire from them

Great used tire shop. Im from out of town and needed a flat repair and 4 used tires. Prices are good and hard workers at local business. If im in area I will be back.

Great service, great prices. Very fast and friendly. I've been here many times over the past few years. They always inform me about a 30 day warranty with the receipt, but I've never had to replace a tire they've put on any of my vehicles. The most recent time, they were very, very busy and I was still in and out within twenty minutes. I always recommend this place to everyone I can.

Barely any English. That was a given on arrival. Pulled in expecting to save some money. Needed 2 front tires and an alignment on my 2017 passat. Ruined my aftermarket wheels as well as gave me mix matched tires that leaked.. have put air in my tires every day since I left there. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Friendly no doubt however my lug nuts were not tightened at all and my tire fell half way off i had to search the road to find them. Now my tire emblem will not stay on the tire and my car shakes so bad i have to have it looked at by someone else. While my tires were very bad i still did a rotate and balance i had to go back because my car was undrivable that is when they for got to tighten my lug nuts. Im pretty sure this messed up my tire rod and i will be contacting the owner. Update: the owner and the main guy spoke not knowing i understood most of what thy said. So the owner says there is a sign that says no liable for damages. I saw no sign. So my tires are still not balanced right after putting good tires on for $40 as the " manager said he would for my inconvenience but not without me and my husband get bent out of shape. Also the kept my nice silver valve stem covers and gave me some bo bo ones. Lastly the parking lot is riddled with nails and puncturing metal object. I will have someone else balance them.
