Extremely unhappy with the new ways . they Did not clean wheel wheels there are streets everywhere they didn't clean all the windows and I tried talking to management to be told the 90 $ service . Well wish we could do more to help u.like maybe a clean truck would be great also won't take any calls straight to a voice mail that's always full. I will not be back without a real conversation with a manager or owner. Truly wish Troy kept the place him and his team actually care about the job they do.

Sadly the new ownership is not helping this business. Been coming here for years and this is by far the worst wash i have ever gotten anywhere. We paid $30+ for an interior detail and outside wash and doesn’t even look like anything was done. Brought my vehicle in today to get everything they offered done, wax the hole nine yards. It looks cleaner than when I first brought my car in, but they forgot to clean the wheels, outside windows, wax off of my headlamps, brake lamps, door jams, interior trunk lid, interior above the passenger seats. Before this place used to take more time on each vehicle to make sure they got all the water marks, dead bug spots off. This time I had to keep pointing out things that were missed or forgot. Then I just grabbed a clean rag and did it myself. I bring my vehicle here so I don't half to do these thing's. One time is a mistake, multiple times it's now a pattern. Car still looks better than when I first brought it in, but there is still dog hair on the seats, dirt on my weather tech floor liners...

I have been to this car wash many many times, this was the WORST ever. Wax was left at different areas on my car, the inside leather was hardly touched, seats were NOT moved to vacuum nor where the back side and rear windows cleaned. I must also say I came at non-busy time of day. Paying almost $100 plus tips I would of expected a better job to detail. Never again. Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Vacuuming, Polishing, Headlight polishing

I came in for a $100 hand wash and wax service on my 2020 Tundra and had a bad experience starting with them locking the keys in my truck. They did a good job removing the love bugs but missed a few dirty spots during the wash and the tire shine was a very uneven and spotty. I had to pay for an uber home and back to get my spare key and when I returned to inspect the vehicle there where several black scuffs in different areas and a big scratch in the middle of my driver's door. I recently had that door painted and inspected by the toyota dealership due to a warranty issue and am positive the scratch happened there. They offered me a free hand wash in the future but that won't fix my door. I was able to get the black scuffs off with cleaner wax and tried scratch remover on the big one but had no luck. I would not recommend this place for newer vehicles. Services: Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming

I’ve had a membership for a long time, I went the very first day the car wash was open and it was neat. They used water pressure but now there’s no water pressure due to a change of chemicals. It’s not really working now, the last 3 times I’ve gone the mirrors, front of the car, and front glass have stayed dirty. The employees are no longer taking the time to water pressure the cars. I will give 5 stars if this service is continued. Service: Auto detailing

As someone who details vehicles for a living, I figured “let me go see what the hype was about” at Downtowner off Del Prado…I got the Platinum detailing which what I thought included an interior cleaning. For $30 I understand it’s not going to be perfect however I expected better from a company with soon-to-be 9 locations across Cape. My floor mats didn’t look clean, nor did the carpets look vacuumed…again, I understand that this place is more of and efficient car wash rather than a meticulous cleaning but I wasn’t thrilled with the results. In addition, the “tire shine” wasn’t amazing at all…tires definitely looked dull. On the bright side, the wash itself was decent and made my truck look good again, and the windows were nice and clear. Other than those two things, I didn’t notice anything worth praising… Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I received a free car wash coupon in the mail so I decided to come use it. How awesome! They were slammed with the nice weather, but it still didn't take long. They offered upsell features but weren't pushy which was nice and they have a comfortable lounge area to hang out in while waiting for the car to be washed.

I took my car here for cleaning after hearing some good reviews. I was disappointed with the result. I paid $150 for a works package and carpet shampoo. The side of the doors and the mirrors don’t look like it was touched

I Just had both my SUV’s done here. I was told that Alex did both my cars. Had the exterior detail with ceramic coating. And they clean the inside. They did a great job. I was recommended to go here from two neighbors. I will be back. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
