From the moment the call was taken, the 7-Eleven clerk on the other end was extremely rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and down right rude on every level you could possibly imagine. I am not sure how things are ran at this location but whoever the franchise owner is, should take a deeper look into how their employees are treating the clients/guests going into the store and/or simply calling to ask a question. In either scenario, those employees should always uphold the highest level of professional and it starts with respect and a good working/humble attitude. Not an attitude, as if you are better than the other person across the counter or over the phone. The last time checked, as a business owner, my clients/guests/customers... are the ones who pays the bills not the employees. As a local resident and rental property owner to several properties in and around the area I was excited when this 7-Eleven location opened up. There are a lot of great employees that have encountered upon my many visits but this individual has set the tone so badly that I will never return to this location and I am forwarding this review in a formal complaint to the corporate office As I follow up to see if this 7-11 location made any changes. Clearly by its reviews, it has not. This is such a shame and waste of a local business. At least we have the newest 7-11 addition on the corner of Ronald Reagan parkway & Champions Gate Boulevard (across from soccer fields).

This is probably the worst 7/11 in the champions gate area. Extremely rude employees. And the worst one is the AM of the location, he always has something snarky to say to one of the customers and this place is always under stocked with price tags missing and in the wrong spots.

Ratchet!! Went in there this morning and they had trap music blasting with curse words. Wont be going on there with my kids. Its dirty and boxes everywhere. If you want free slushie its the place to go.

Thee nastiest gas station I have ever seen. Garbage all throughout the Isles, stains of pop and slushy residue caked on the counters, as well as dust everywhere. It’s like no one there knows how to clean. The one employee there looked like she hated her job too. Not except able what so ever if there were a health inspector that showed up it would be shut down the moment they stepped inside. 100% do not recommend go down the road to a million times better 7 eleven! This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star..

Is seriously? ask me for more information so that the store can investigate? I provided him with the date and time. With that information they can review store video cameras. I see that the incompetence comes from the principals of the Franchise. March 28 10:12 p.m. The lady who attends Paola is more concerned about her cell phone than about answering and charging. She also does not return the greeting and welcome and she did not give me the NXT cigarettes that I bought. When I asked for them she reluctantly and rudely threw them at me. Marzo 28 10:12 pm La señorita que atiende Paola está más preocupada por su celular que por atender y cobrar. Además no devuelve el saludo de cortesía y bienvenida y no me entregó los cigarrillos NXT que compré. Al pedírlos me los tiró de mala gana y grosera.

I came in to deposit cash into my cash app card. As I left I saw my amount didn’t update and was told it takes time. After three hours I had to contact cashapp and now I have to wait 10 days while they investigate. This is beyond ridiculous the money was deposited because I needed it asap. Now I have to wait because two incompetent and perhaps untrustworthy employees did not do your job. I will be pushing this matter to highest degree

The associates there need better customer service skills, I mean there were 3 associates there just talking and get mad when a customer shows up. I came in for gas but I guess I have to apologize for interrupting there conversation smh. I do not recommend this location, I suggest trying another gas station I bet the offer 10times better customer service there this place

Only 1 cashier with two other employees walking around not doing anything. I waited ten minutes in line to ask if the young cashier could make me two fresh taquitos in the oven. I've never had an issue at two other 711s. The manager who was counting cash said we don't do that. I said I've been to multiple 711s who just throw them in the turbo oven. She said well then I suggest you go to another 711 in a rude tone. I said okay and left. I highly suggest the one in Loughman further down Ronald Reagan. Melvin knew exactly what to do as there is literally a setting on the oven for taquitos. I had no wait in line and they had several employees ready to check people out.
