Customer service at this pharmacy is an afterthought. A lady who could not understand proper English was unnecessarily rude and abrasive to my wife on the phone. Also, they cancelled her Covid vaccine booster without notification. We are all overworked and underpaid, but it does not cost a thing to be nice. There are too many other pharmacies for us to go here ever again.

Worst pharmacy service ever. I went 3 time to get a prescription done and dropped off the prescription then later I went and I was told that the transaction didn't went through because I had another primary care insurance which I didn't have, so I proceeded to call the insurance to delete it from their system and that it would take 24 hours. Next day I go again and another associate told me they never take my insurance and that I had to pay. Waist of time they could have told me since the beginning, but they don't care to even call.

They’re giving out HIPPA violations like candy. I should’ve file a complaint when the violation happened. So slow, I called them when I was waiting in line and they didn’t answer the phone once in 30 mins. I had two people ahead of me on the phone still. Walgreens on 27 in Ronald Reagan Is horrible. I’ve been going to this Walgreens for a decade but not anymore. I see I’m not the only person who had a problem with the pharmacist Tara. She has an attitude and has messed up my prescription in the past.

Don't make an appointment for your covid-19 vaccine at this location. They allow you to make it two days prior and when they get a new manager of the pharmacy that is unable to give the vaccine on your appointment date, do they call you to cancel or reschedule you? Hell no! Let you drive all the way there and waste your time. Then they tell you to go to a different Walgreens for walk-ins and then you spend half an hour on the phone on hold with that Walgreens, only to be informed they don't do walk-ins!

This has been our go to pharmacy for quite a while. There used to be an older gentleman pharmacist who was always so helpful and kind. It has totally gone down hill as of recent. Always just one person working, running the drive thru and the counter and she seems very unsure and confused when you ask her questions. The line inside is always down to the cooler area and the drive thru is no better. A doctor called in an rx for my daughter, after 24 hours still wasn’t filled. Called and after being on hold 20+ mins pharmacist told me they were too busy to fill rxs. What?! Isn’t that their job? Glad is wasn’t something super urgent she needed. On top of that she was just so unpleasant to speak with and seemed like a pretty miserable human. Called over to Champions Gate and spoke with a nice gentleman who said they could fill it right away. It was ready in less than an hour there and not a line at all to pick it up. Time to change I do believe.

Terrible service from this walgreens. I went to fill 2 different medications at 11 am this morning 08/28/21 for my mom that suffers from heart conditions and blood thinning disorder. I was told that it would take 3 hrs to fill her medications. When arriving at the drive thru pharmacy line at 3 pm, I was told that the medications were not ready and she recommended I come back tomorrow morning. When I asked this lady who wasn't wearing a name tag what time the pharmacy closed she told me 9 pm. When calling around 6 pm before driving over a 3rd time I was told that the pharmacy actually closes at 5 pm meaning my mom would not receive her medications prescribed from the emergency hospital the night before. There were several mistakes made today from walgreens part. 1. No name tags to identify associates 2. False wait time for medications. 3. False closing hours for pharmacy. 4. Lack of care or knowledge of were they work. Super unprofessional do not recommend. I got the name of the night supervisor who also did not know who was working the pharmacy today except for somone namedTara and he's name was Victor. I hold you guys solely responsible if anything were to happen.
