This CVS at 7575 Osceola Polkline road in Davenport has been my go to choice for three years. Recently I was having logistic issues with my mail order drug company. I could not get what I needed in a timely fashion. I ran out of some of my Diabetic meds. I was getting sick. Amaryllis, Casey, Gabby and Mr Resto went the extra mile in helping me get what I needed. Thank you to this A team group. Please give them the chance to serve you. You won’t be disappointed.

The drive threw speaker was not very good we had to turn our car off in the middle of the day with our 3 kids in the car. And yell threw the speaker so she could hear us. And they didn't have all of our prescriptions ready even after we called to confirm they were all ready

This pharmacy has to have the most incompetent lazy pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life. I will be transferring all my medication and my sons medication to a different pharmacy because I refuse to come to this one location due to the lack of education. I had to sit in the drive-through for 25 minutes to do their job because they refuse to do so. Do not come to this pharmacy and waste your time find a different pharmacy because this pharmacy is incompetent of doing their job.

I get that the pharmacy is doing the best they can, but maybe they really need to consider hiring more staff. It’s consistently slow here, and it’s always CVS. Publix/target/Walgreens never seem to have this issue. 4/5 for kindness of the staff that was able to help me

The COVID testing offered through CVS is a completely broken system. Instead of printing your results on site, you have to waste hours on the phone with their operators (most are good, some horrible), create a MyChart account, and even create an e-fax account to get results for minors. Do not get a COVID test done through CVS!

Pharmacy has rude employees that doesn't take consideration of your privacy. The man at the counter in the regular line seems to hate his job and demands for customers to use the self checkout.

I went thru the drive-through to drop off 2 prescriptions. We are from out of state and here for 4 month. The first girl wasn't sure about insurance so she talked to I think the pharmacist. Even she wasn't sure about the prescriptions. After I tried to explain it a few times she finally got it. But they are out of both scripts so we have to wait for 2 days to get them. I'll go to Walgreens next time.

After numerous bad experiences with the Pharmacy here (rude staff, refill issues, lack of info about vaccinations, etc), I transferred all my prescriptions to Publix. All of my prescription are in stock and ready on time and the staff is super friendly.

I have always been a Walgreens customer but my insurance send me to cvs. Been going there for few months now and is always the same. So sad to say, customer service is very poor at CVS!! From the minute clinic, to the floor staff and pharmacy. Self cashier is about convinience, but when you are waiting with 2 ppl ahead if you shouldnt the cashier take some of those customers? The whorse part is that my insurance is forcing me to use cvs.

They claim they’re “busy” every time. I’m sure that’s true, but y’all are the only CVS I’ve been to that just doesn’t answer. Ever.
