Well today our family member vehicle had a issue . Didn't want to start. We check over it and sounded like a low battery sound. We went to Autozone waited 20 minutes in line . To find out autozone had bad cx service and there battery tester machine doesn't even work. So we found this Advance Auto part store. Service was on point. The staff member SANDRA helped us. She was so knowledgeable, tested the batteries came down to 2.3 really low. We purchased a new battery and SANDRA even installed it for us . Wow 👌 awesome Service. SANDRA was a pleasure to work with. 😀 will come back again for any quick vehicle needs.

Sandra and Rodney are great. Today they helped me with the installation of my K&N lifetime air filter E-1987. It was more difficult than it looked. I love their store.

I took my battery that is 2 years old, that was dead from sitting, to be charged. When I arrived the associate said that she would put it on rapid charge, and see if it would hold charge and to come back in 2 hours. I checked in after 2 hours and another associate said that the battery wouldnt charge on the rapid charger but that it could be put on slow drip overnight. The next day, I went and got the battery. It had a sticker saying it was a "bad battery" and I was told that I would need to purchase a new one. When i got the "bad' battery home, I put it on a small battery charger that I borrowed and within 3 hours, it was fully charged. I am not sure if the associates know how to work the charger at the store or if they just lied about using the charger. Disappointed.

I can't give a company 5 star when they don't even acknowledge your present when entering they store. Most of the time they too busy talking to each other instead of helping customers who need help.

I bought over priced windshield wipers, they were installed by an employee and both wipers flew off 😳 I called and the manager recommended I go to any of their locations and someone would "gladly install them" for me. Horrible experience. And my last experience with this place!!!

Extremely knowledgeable associates working at this location. I asked him about a couple of brands of headlight bulbs. Within a couple seconds he explained why these are the best. I took his advise. installed them in my girlfriend's car and now she can actually see a night. Which I thought would help her be able to drive better unfortunately that's a no go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in today around 6:30 p.m on 6/30, and there was a gentleman and lady at the front register glued to their phones! Never even looked up at me once. Almost took a picture of them as a joke and send it to my husband because we both work in costumer service. But felt like it was inappropriate. Then from what I can tell a delivery driver came in. THEN they both looked up and the lady took him in the back. The gentleman went back to his phone. When I went to walk out the door in frustration the gentleman asked me if I need something. I told him not now! Then he said next time know what you want. I was clearly lost the whole time but knew what I needed. Anytime I go to an auto part store there's always somebody to help me. These little kids were so rude and have no idea what customer service is about. I actually cried when I got back to my car.I'm at a lost for words I will never be back!

The sales staff were friendly , kind and helpful. Help me get all the parts I needed and offered some other suggestions. Recommended alternative things and told me of a couple parts that I really didn't need. Made my shopping experience more pleasant than it has ever been. I'm actually looking forward to returning soon. I was actually happy when I returned home. They saved me money.
