Walked in employees hunched over at the register on their cell phones didn’t even look up to acknowledge I had entered the store the store was busy and they were not engaging at all with the clients if they would have engaged with me I could have been convinced to buy extra product because I was in a buying mood. On a different visit the employee with red hair was dressed in basketball shorts and a t-shirt and looked like he just rolled out of bed, he had a bad attitude the whole time I was there I didn’t feel welcomed at all and while I was asking questions I kept getting an attitude from him I almost snapped on him because of how he was responding to me. Totally ruined my experience at GameStop. Love the store though great products and the clearance section actually has clearance prices. I will update my review if the DM reached out to me over this.

Just bought game and it doesn't even work like I'm crying right now all I wanted to do was play the game I just bought and I can't.

They didn't order any copies of a huge game for release day, outside of pre-orders. So I go in to buy one of the biggest games of the year and I can't because the copies they have are for other people, even though it's an hour until closing and they haven't picked them up yet. I went to Target where they had 10 copies available instead. This is why nobody goes to GameStop anymore, the store that used to have bonafide launch parties for titles now doesn't even order any copies for launch day. The only positive is that sometimes there are decent discounts on pre-owned games.

Shop here for games sometimes. Bought a game yesterday by mistake bought for the wrong system and exchanged it. Overall not bad service.

Small corner outlet, super chill staff seem to know what is going on, even more than the phased out employees of a normal sized store. I've never had a question that was not answered there super quick. Oddly wide variety of stock for such a small store.

Just traded my old XBox One X and Nintendo Switch for over $580 included extra controller and 4 games on disk! Literally pays for my Xbox Series S and unlimited pass for over a year. Thank you GameStop

If I could give less than one star to this business I would. I called regarding a controller for an Xbox one in which they should have in stock because their website says it’s on sale and in stock. The man on the other line who works there not only used profanity towards me and her (which is technically assault) after being rude in the first place. My girlfriend called back and was nice to him and he was rude to her. Swearing and being disrespectful when we were literally willing to spend our hard earned money there. Do not support this location, They will be reported to the federal government. All they have in stock is a series X controller when you can’t even get the console??? Seriously bad business. GameStop is dead anyways.

I really had a great experience here. I only came in to look around and ask a couple of questions. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above board to help me, even made me a few copies of information that really helped me. The selection was awesome and the store was clean. Update: I came back to this location after a year on vacation and was again very impressed by the Associate Rob (now I know his name!) This guy is awesome! He hadn't recognized me but was just as pleasant and helpful as last time I was there. He truly just wanted to make sure that I found what I was looking for and if I was up to date on the games that I was interested in playing. The store was clean as usual and well stocked. Another great visit here and I know I'll be back! Thanks Rob!
