I am completely disgusted by the way I was treated today in this service center, this makes two times too many and I will not be returning to this service center. I scheduled an appointment for today to get an oil change and to check a noise that's coming from what I believe is the brake system, when I called I specified that I wanted to get them checked because its a brand new car, and I have to deal with this on a daily basis. When I arrived today for my appointment, 30 mins before and first in line, I stated what was wrong and what I wanted to get checked along with getting my oil changed. I get called that my car is "ready" and that they "drove the car and didn't hear anything, so it's fine," I get in my car and drive forward a bit and boom there goes the noise, I explained to them that that was the noise and they reply with "my man we have a lot of cars waiting to be serviced," I am sorry am I not a paying customer? Did I not specify during the scheduling of my appointment and at the time of arrival what was the issue? Was I not the first customer to arrive to ensure that my car was carefully checked? This is the second time I arrive at this service center and I receive the same impression that everyone just doesn't want to work. The customer service here needs improvement or actually get people who want to work! Services: Oil change, Brake service & repair

I called late Thursday morning because the front right tire was showing low. They told me to come right over. Once I arrived, the “gate keeper” quickly brought the car inside, and walked me inside the office. Richie was my rep, and he was fantastic. I asked if they could cut me a new key and a few other things. Since they didn’t have one in stock, they offered me a loaner car, and told me it would be finished the next day. I was out in 8 minutes. Sure enough, I got a call at 10:00 AM in which Richie explained what the costs would be and what was required. Once I approved, he told me I could show up in two hours. I showed up, paid, and was out the door in 4 minutes. This is what customer service is all about.

Fast, thorough, courteous, they really go the extra mile. I brought my TLX in and they fixed it perfectly very quickly. Even for a product flaw the manager insisted on speaking to me and walking me through why the brake pad operates the way it does. What a 180 degree difference from other car brand service departments I’ve been to.

First they dont mention the address of the service department anywhere on the website nor when you call them. If your service dept is 2 miles away from the dealership, don't you think you should mention that? The staff are sloppy and careless. The technician seemed capable, though. They messed up my paperwork with someone else, so my car was just parked for an hour instead of being serviced. They left the car windows open in the rain. Do not come here!

Love to service here. From the time you enter superb customer service. Courtney is absolutely amazing and definitely a team player. Dropped off my car a little after 11 am, spacious, clean and comfortable waiting area. Car was ready to go at 12 pm.

Unbelievable and disgraceful. Very unprofessional and their pricing is beyond overpriced. I had to call my insurance for a claim because the male refuse to believe I had full warranty. Richard Baez is the one who tried to pull a fast one on me. This behavior of his should not and doesn’t represent any “reliable” business. Service: Transmission

The service manager - Willie Mejia - was very knowledgeable and helpful. I want Valley Stream's owner to know that he has one of the greatest service manager's in New York city. He was very straightforward and upfront, and I truly appreciate that. I would say he deserves to run the company, and I want Management to look into this very seriously. On the other hand, the service from the sales department left a lot to be desired, and Willie is the primary reason why I would return to the dealership, as long as he's still with the company.
