I had just bought a bed from here on May 2021, and surprisingly it has already broke. My husband always trusted Raymond Flanigan and we have bought a bed and our furniture from here like 7-10 years back. The quality has deteriorated so bad in these few years . The salesperson who accommodated us said that this bed will last for 200 years!!! Though, I don't expect this, a bed worth so much money should at least last 10 years, however it is so disappointing that this happened in just 6 months of the purchase. My kids never jump on the bed and we have never roughly used this bed. Last night, my daughter laid down on this bed and the whole thing just sank to the floor. Honestly, would give zero stars if I could. The frame that supports the mattress from beneath is such cheap quality and so weak. Think before you buy anything! Please don't waste your money and time at this place!!!!! Now my husband has to either fix this mess or throw it out. We are truly upset. ~Sanjeeda

This location is being serviced by unprofessional individuals and is in dire need of new management or quality improvement interventions. The individual providing service on 7/20/21 was rude, loud and disrespectful. I am not sure when customer service includes shouting at customers… however the lady said, “ I am the OWNER and I could speak to people how I please” Unfortunately owner, you need the public’s business… we don’t need yours. Customers please feel free to have your own experience, however based on mine, I would recommend finding another location. This location is not the time and aggravation. ~Matthew

Went to get a new carpet power cleaner(which I highly recommend) I had a 5year insurance swapped out had to buy a new insurance on the new one. It deep cleans very well. Has great features including one that helps dry carpet. ~M

THIS WALMART HAS ALOT IT ALWAYS DID, BUT IT IS SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE, RIDICULOUSLY CROWDED, MET SOME OF THE FEMALE STAFF THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL ... MOST OF THE STORE REPRESENTATIVES WERE PACKING OUT, BUT IT WAS SO MUCH TO PACK OUT ,ESPECIALLY WHILE THE STORE WAS CROWDED ON A HOLIDAY LIKE FATHERS DAY... THIS SPECIFIC WALMART, MOST LIKELY WILL HAVE WHAT YOU WANT AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT SHOPPING THERE FOR FOOD, FOOD ITEMS ARE ALWAYS LOW HERE, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD TO GO, SO COME HERE WITH CAUTION... I called late Thursday morning because the front right tire was showing low. They told me to come right over. Once I arrived, the “gate keeper” quickly brought the car inside, and walked me inside the office. Richie was my rep, and he was fantastic. I asked if they could cut me a new key and a few other things. Since they didn’t have one in stock, they offered me a loaner car, and told me it would be finished the next day. I was out in 8 minutes. Sure enough, I got a call at 10:00 AM in which Richie explained what the costs would be and what was required. Once I approved, he told me I could show up in two hours. I showed up, paid, and was out the door in 4 minutes. This is what customer service is all about. ~Rock

John and his staff went above and beyond for me. They were excellent and honest. John looked out and gave me free wipers after the service. He really puts quality of service over cheap service. I'm glad he's local, he's my go to mechanic now. I'm grateful to know, he's in my neighborhood. Thanks again, John and your staff. Update**** 5/17/22 After I came back to check on my oil situation. John and his staff has been extremely supportive. I am thankful for their patience and service in my neighborhood. Plus, support local car repair business over dealerships that can treat you less.
