This location is being serviced by unprofessional individuals and is in dire need of new management or quality improvement interventions. The individual providing service on 7/20/21 was rude, loud and disrespectful. I am not sure when customer service includes shouting at customers… however the lady said, “ I am the OWNER and I could speak to people how I please” Unfortunately owner, you need the public’s business… we don’t need yours. Customers please feel free to have your own experience, however based on mine, I would recommend finding another location. This location is not the time and aggravation.

U-haul needs to give them more access to better services for customers. No ez pass for those crossing bridges and without cash booths trucks are force to go through ez pass lanes.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Renting a van is always stressful so I was prepared for stress. I arrived at 9am and was back home at 9:22. The guy was friendly and helpful and fast! Brought the van back at 12:30 and was back home within 15 minutes! No stress whatsoever!! Great experience!!

Small packed out lot with used cars and U-Hauls, if they aren't busy they will help, but otherwise just chill and look at some used cars and somebody will come around fairly quickly. Been here a few times and always satisfied with the service provided.

Small lot, but the attendant was friendly. Not a lot of trucks to chose from. They don’t carry any 26 footers.

Was hard to find because they are located in a used car sales lot, and they only had one truck available to rent.
