I called late Thursday morning because the front right tire was showing low. They told me to come right over. Once I arrived, the “gate keeper” quickly brought the car inside, and walked me inside the office. Richie was my rep, and he was fantastic. I asked if they could cut me a new key and a few other things. Since they didn’t have one in stock, they offered me a loaner car, and told me it would be finished the next day. I was out in 8 minutes. Sure enough, I got a call at 10:00 AM in which Richie explained what the costs would be and what was required. Once I approved, he told me I could show up in two hours. I showed up, paid, and was out the door in 4 minutes. This is what customer service is all about. ~Rock
