Bought GV Brand Shredded Mozzarella that would NOT melt even at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. What is this stuff, ceramic? Even most plastics melt at this temperature. Further, it ruined a complete meal and made me sick. Andrea at this store's Customer Service Counter suggested calling Walmart customer service for a product with a guarantee written on the package!!! Apparently, apologies and refunds are from a different place and not an attitude of appreciation for customer satisfaction nor ethical responsibility to written guarantees. How egregious!!!

I am at Walmart plus number who uses the delivery service. To be honest the neighborhood stores often have stock problems that the Supercenters don't seem to experience. That being said the drivers are always nice and I haven't had as many scheduling problems with the smaller stores

So this store is not only disgusting, stank, and poorly ran but it is concerning to me how it is still open, it's clearly over staffed but let's talk about how the workers don't do anything but stand around and talk and pretend to be busy ... the past two times I went to the store I bought some frozen Tyson chicken nuggets .... got home and realized the bag had been cut open due to poor box cutting techniques... I accidentally bought some ice cream that was two months expired .... do you train anymore before hiring? Do you have anyone making sure to pull forward before restocking? Last night I bought Walmart brand wipes and the package was cutting open with a box cutter again, completely drying them out ... I've lost faith in the workers so everytime you come run up on me wanting a five star review when I'm trying to check out my groceries .. please ask yourself if you really think this is a five star establishment

If I could give zero stars I would every single time I go to this location nothing but rudeness very poor customer service they are not about helping customers they all hate their jobs and don't want to work and are all very very rude when it comes to asking for help they turn up their nose at you. Also I have a baby and every time I try to do the self-checkout the cashiers alert the register and it acts as if I am trying to shoplift or steal and plays a video back It is highly embarrassing I am not stealing I am trying to juggle my groceries and a baby in my hand. And I know that it is a customer service representative that hits a button to set that off on the register do they ask me if I would like help seeing me juggling a baby and groceries no they set the machine off to accuse me of stealing.

I REALLY like THIS particular Neighborhood Market! The employees are nice, management has always been helpful and for the most part....... The store is clean! Unlike the Wal-Mart from H**L on Beville in Daytona Beach! YIKES 😲

It is a good store..found everything except 24 pack pepsi.they only had 12 packs.and they only had 4 of them..they did not have eny true moo chocolate milk..and they only had 1 pack of nuderbutter sandwich wafers. But every one was very helpful.

Workers expect You To wait on yourself. They stand around and watch you do the work as they encourage you to check yourself out rather than calling another cashier as there was only one on a busy holiday weekend.

The older guy who does security in the parking lot has harassed me on multiple occasions about why I am in the parking lot if I am not shopping at the store. The thing is, I actually DO shop here, daily, on my lunch breaks and I eat the food I buy in my car before going back to work. I don’t appreciate being harassed though by some dude who has no clue what is even going on before he opens his mouth. There about to lose a actual customer if he keeps this up.

I've had some issues with my medical insurance and have been unable to get my prescriptions filled for 3 months at CVS. I have my prescriptions transferred to Walmart neighborhood market pharmacy in Holly Hill and they got done in 1 hour what CVS refused to get done for me and to help me get my medications. It was a matter of a simple phone call to get a temporary override is all CVS had to do. I want to commend pashmina the pharmacy tech who was very friendly very knowledgeable and very efficient and checking me out when I went to pick my prescriptions up, and a double high five to Melissa the pharmacist who took 5 minutes out of her day to make a phone call to get me the medications I need to live. They're the best and I would recommend them to anybody.

This store is great! It's so convenient and I like the prices. Yes the selection is somewhat limited...but... It is a "neighborhood market" store. I always find what I need 99% of the time here. It's quick and easy checkout and kept clean. I'll tell you something else... They're getting much better on their customer service too. I've been seeing more employees around the store to help if I need something. Keep up the good work. This store is getting better all the time and so is the one on Granada.
