apparently the company is going out of business, every part i needed for several vehicles was not only out of stock AND they SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE To ORDER THEM. i thought it was the supply chain problem but a different auto parts company a few miles away was able to order all the parts for all the vehicles and it would be available for pickup the next day. Apparently the person replying didn't read it when it was small.

I went on my daughters car since it was having trouble running, a nice lady named Bianca helped me tremendously and sold me a new battery and explained to me what the problem was and helped changed it for me.

When you take a vehicle apart just to make sure you tell them the exact parts you need and they say they have them all you get there they are missing a part and don't know what to tell you. My husband buys the parts and still gets the wrong set of pads the lady in the front needs to learn how to properly get the correct parts maybe retrain her on how to do her job and to make sure they have there commercial side open so us small businesses can still get back to work efficiently.

Wouldn't recommend going to this location at all!!! The females working here are very rude and unprofessional! They have very nasty attitudes, and speak to customers like they are garbage! Cassandra is the worst! She made very immature comments to her coworker. And honestly makes this company look bad. Hispanics get discriminated all the way around. I witnessed this with 2 different hispanic customers that arrived after me. I waited the longest because she couldn't find a piece that was supposedly there in stock.

Walked in to the store today and the night manager sully to buy two 5 gallon pals of 15w-40 full synthetic diesel oil and they didn't have but he helped us get in gallon oil even after helping us try to find it in 5 gallon pals. He was really kind and very helpful and also had a normal conversation with me and my girlfriend. We ended up walking out with 8 gallons of oil and my respect. I will definitely becoming back here more in the future and asking for sully. I've never in my life met a parts guy willing to go above and beyond even gave us a discount after all the trouble to get our oil thank you so much
