I can't thank Umatilla Animal hospital enough! My dog was having a life-threatening issue...my regular vet could not take him for a few days... I called and spoke with Tina, who spoke with Dr Josh... they would be able to fit me in. I have never been to this vet before.. they were more caring than my vet that I've been with for numerous years. Dr. Josh is very knowledgeable.. He truly cares about your pet... Amanda has been a great vet tech too... It's a nice feeling when you feel like you have someone on your side caring for your pet. Needless to say my fur baby has a new vet....Thank you!

I want to thank you Tina,Joshua and the entire team and staff at this place that did everything that they could for my dog Percy. They are so sweet so caring and loving and even came in on there day off to help me with Percy passing, sharing tears with me and my family as we had to experience loosing a part of our family. They went above and beyond there measures to help save him from another places mishaps. I will always recommend you guys as a go to for any family pet y’all are the best team ever and I can’t thank you enough . Sincerely Brandy

The atmosphere of this hospital was friendly and super efficient. The front staff was busy but never missed a beat in multitasking and making sure I was tended to. I was in the exam room with my pet within minutes. The female Dr. Was super super nice. The tech was helpful and accommodating . I really have not experienced such the private practice home feel in a long time. Most offices are not even taking people inside buildings anymore or they are very corporate. I highly recommend this place. (Very clean too)

Absolutely the best! Twice my pup has had significant emergency issues (bad cut requiring surgery and snake bite) they took the best care of him! Routine care as well. We love this place!

PLEASE BEWARE!!! I will NEVER go to Umatilla Animal hospital again! Dr. Manley was the BEST!!! Then the husband and wife vets take over. The husband seems to be an OK vet, however his wife the vet runs the place and does not care about animals or have compassion for them. She has no business being a vet!!! She is also a liar...so she can not be trusted. I took my 5 year old German Shephard to Umatilla Animal hospital because he suddenly started having seizures. I saw the husband and he seemed like an OK vet, he took blood and said we will wait for results to try and figure out why my dog was having seizures. Said he would have results in 2 days. I called 2 days later for the results and was told the blood was never tested. I asked to speak to the vet. The female vet answered and said because I paid with a check they did not do the blood work. I said what? That's what I paid for. You let my dogs blood go bad? She said no it's at the lab, but they won't test it till they are paid. She then said, I will go ahead and have it tested. I was so mad. So then receptionist gets back on the phone and tells me she just put my dogs blood in the bin for lab pick-up. I told her that the vet just told me his blood was already at the lab. I asked to speak to the lady vet again and was put on hold. Then told that the lady vet had to step out of the office and wasn't available to talk to me. I'm not even sure it was my dogs blood that was tested or she drew blood from another animal. No way to know for sure. Blood results came back and the husband vet said everything was perfect with his blood work. My dog died 2 days later. 😪😪😪

I love umatilla animal hospital my family has gone there for over 35 years. Several years ago the HUFFINES, Dr Joshua and Dr Stephanie came to umatilla animal hospital bringing a fresh new look and environment. They are caring and knowledgeable and the staff is all superb. Both the doctors and the staff are devoted to our fur babies and I would highly recommend taking your loving little pet family members to their facility . They are professional but friendly and they make you feel important. I commend them and thank them for the incredible job they do.
