Amazing place to get your glasses/glasses appointment. Nice employees, Glasses are affordable, Appointments are quick and easy. Would come back for new glasses in the future.

I've been using Visionworks for at least 15 years, but could be longer. I've been noticing their lens quality getting worse and worse every time I needed new glasses. I was going to switch places this time around, but decided to try just 1 more time. I shouldn't have come back. I waited 2 weeks for my glasses. I wore them for 2 hours and they were wrong. They were supposed to be transitions. I brought them back to the store to be corrected. The person put the order in incorrectly. I asked for it to be expedited since this was not my fault. I was told they have no such thing and would probably have to wait another 2 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and still don't have glasses! I haven't even received a call and now their site is showing "pending". If I ever do receive them, this is the last time I will be using Visionworks.

Tammy was very helpful, she assisted my brother with finding his glasses and was overall a very nice person. We normally have trouble at other glasses stores but she made us feel welcomed and we left out happy customers.

Thalia, Was amazing. I was on vacation and left my contact lenses at home. Needless to say I could not see well and I had allergies. Thalia was able to find my prescription and supply me with contact lenses. Thalia was patient and very professional.

The staff is very professional. I arrived today just to check out how well my vision insurance was, and they provided me with tremendous service. The sales associate Felix was truly amazing. She broke down how much my insurance would work, and pricing. I was surprised to find out that their prices are better without me using my insurance. I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses. I will be returning here for all of my optical needs.

Honestly I have been to many glasses stores, but this one stuck out to me the most! They had great customer service which is rare now a days! I appreciate the help of Giovanni he saw me struggling with choices and was able to give me honest opinions with a smile. He was very kind and patient! Can't wait to go again! I've recommended this place to my friends and family! Giovanni deserves a raise!

The sales associate was very helpful and professional. The eye doctor was one of the best I have had an exam from. He nailed my glasses perfectly to my exam to just what I needed. I was able to pick my glasses up one week before they were suppose to be ready. The prices were really good and I would recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for a good verity name brand as well.

Even though her glasses were not purchased at your store, Angel still repaired them for me no questions asked.
