Having been dealing with a rude white lady with blonde hair at the register for a while now and I really wish they would remove her from the register. KEEP HER AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS! Awful attitude.

Pumps never have receipt paper, bathrooms consistently dirty, unable to print receipts when asked half the time, rude employees, the one time I was desperate enough to get a corn dog it was a brick from being there so long. Literally nothing halfway decent about this racetrac, the one down the road is 1000x better and the employees actually give you the time of day

Bought a pack of cigarettes went out for gas and then came back for another one for a friend they charged $2 more with bad attitude very bad service

The bathrooms this morning, Monday November 1st, 2021 at 7:00a.m. were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Graffiti, non-working urinal, smashed dispensers, human waste literally piled up in the toilets. This is ridiculous. Someone can remodel that bathroom or corporate should see why they're gonna lose business to Loves and Wawa.

Stopped by here at approximately 2345. The pump card inserter would not read any cards. So went in and asked why it wasn't working. The old lady white, blonde hair and glasses say's I don't know why. I asked can I just leave my card here I want to fill up. She says no you have to pay for a preset amount. I told her I don't want to do that and said ok fine I will go get gas somewhere else. The reason I refuse to do a pre-set amount is because the last time a gas station fought with me on the refundable amount. I refuse to do business with a rude employee. There is to many other options. So left went to Murphy they we're closed but gas is still cheaper then race track!!!!

ugh stopped in yesterday - the ladies room needs help! dirty, broken latches, broken hooks so no place to hang your purse, dirty toilet, no papertowels - rundown - the store itself was nice though - Women judge you on your bathrooms!

I don't know how this location has any positive reviews unless I just went their on a bad day. I use these stores all over Florida as I work and travel because they are clean and have everything. But this location on Havendale in Winter Haven is out right filthy. Does not appear to have employee's that take pride in their work. There was also only one employee to check people out with a very long line and other employees just walking around aimlessly (definitely not cleaning). Not the RaceTrac experience I am used to having. Clean it up and take some pride!

One of our go to for a mini date after work. This place has hot boiled peanuts ready most all the time. The fountain drink machine is clean, and they allow you to fill your own vessel! Great stop for snacks and gas! Bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Great location, easy to get into and out of. Sandwiches and hot snack food options are plentiful and always fresh. The yogurt bar is pretty cool, with lots of options too. The store and fueling areas are always clean, and the staff is always helpful and polite.

I hadn't been to this location for a while, but recently started going again on my way to work. And I am happy to say that every day has been a good experience. Even at 5:30 in the morning the people there are smiling and making me laugh. Just what I need to get my day going, good coffee and friendly faces. Thanks, RaceTrac.
