Darlene answered my phone call. I told her that I needed help on pump #8. I am disabled. I told her that. She replied in a really rude and trashy tone that she was "not leaving the building to pump my gas!!" Then to make matters worse, she hung up on me! This was amongst the WORST customer service I've EVER received! To be rude to a person whose legs are not working and imply they're lazy... What an awful human being! The only reason I gave two stars was because a young lady named Felicity saved the day for me! I called the store again after Darlene so rudely hung up on me. Felicity answered and was as pleasant and as helpful as I could wish her to be. She came to pump gas. And when she got the message on the pump to "come inside and pay the cashier," she walked back into the building for me. She truly went out of her way to be kind and offer assistance. I'm so grateful! Especially since Darlene's mistreatment of me caused me to cry. I felt hopeless and ashamed....until Felicity made things so much better! Thanks, young lady! And perhaps Darlene could be retrained on the basics of customer service?

Their carwash "is a separate thing" so when it fails to print its receipt you are sol for the plan for customer service. Too bad. So sad.

Very slow at the register,. Have 10 people waiting in line and only one person at the register and one stocking the shelves clearly lack of management.

Get upside rebate and self service car wash are nice, but pump 3 ran extremely slow and then failed to shut off

Decided to give this location another chance as I’ve had issues in the past and haven’t been in a while. Got done pumping gas and purchased car wash, no receipt given at pump, walked in store and asked nicely to have receipt simply printed for me, was told I have to wait in the long line that’s always there with an attitude, asked again nicely, same response, more attitude, So attitude was given back. I never jump lines and don’t feel I did, but this is different because I already made my transaction. Learned my lesson again, but cost me $12. Glad customer service is taught as a priority, this is why WaWa has my business.

Often out of most things, I got there today and had to switch pumps 3 times because they had several broken ones. I went to clean my windshield and literally every pump was out of fluid for the squeegee to get the bugs off.

I like this store. Clean and friendly. The late-night shift is the best. The bathrooms are clean and stock! Always busy but still fast to check out.

Worst run circle k I ever been to at lunch time. One girl on register and one on floor. The girl on the floor should have went stop and help when the line got to 7 people not keep doing what you're doing and wait till there's 15 people in line. I seen it Monday and Friday the only two times I went in this week. You have 2 employee behind the counter at noon time. The store should want the customers out the door as fast possible so more can in.

I am rating this a one star experience for this visit only. Normally this location is great. However the young lady working currently is more worried about her cell phone and sending messages than being at work right now. It is very rude as a customer when your clerk (this is one reason why these jobs are not $15 hr) is texting during your entire transaction and the 2 you watched before you. Totally unacceptable. Cmon people. Less phone more reality

Awful experience. Was given the wrong product and didn’t realize it until I got to my car. I come back to get the right one and was told I couldn’t exchange it because it was a tobacco product, even though it was the cashier who screwed up my Simple request. Train your staff. Go to any rinky dink gas station. Anywhere else is better. Never again.
