The attention and service is amazing. Gino, the sales representative, was very informative and made sure I understood all services and the new costs I had in my account due my new purchase. As a costumer, I very much appreciate when the sales representative takes its time to explain any changes in my account. He was very patient and nice.

This store sales representative does not want to help you. I am the owner of the account, i’m in the hospital, I sent my father 81 years old to the store with his phone that does not work due to the sim card. I called them, I offered to give them my pin number for the account and they did not want to help my father. Not the representative or the supervisor, this happened on Sunday May 15 2022 at 11 am.

I have been in customer service and sales all my life. So you can sway my standards for when I go somewhere and look for good service are pretty high. My experience here was above and beyond what I could have expected. They took care of all my needs and made sure I left comfortable with my new device. Since the moment I walked in I was greeted, and treated super. The manager Janet was extremely polite and attentive and my sales rep Becky was the best! Everyone is always so quick to leave bad reviews which is why I had to leave this one behind. Seems like nowadays it is harder and harder to find good service. Absolutely coming back if I need anything else.

Went today to get my iPad upgraded and I have to say I’m impressed with the level of customer service at this store. They have a big willingness to help, great attitudes, and just all around awesome! Glad I stopped by & got what I needed. What a great team T-Mobile has assembled there.
