This place is the worse, you can't rent here because you can't leave your other car there, how is someone supposed to pick up a truck to rent when you can't even park there. And they are rude as heck. Horrible service never rent from this place. You need to be able to accommodate date for your renters. The worse place ever.

Returning the car in a pretty decent shape meaning inside and outside…. Well the clerk tried to extort me with $50 cleaning fee. I made pictures then I went to a car wash and for $10 wash the car and then return it. Question is are we already in the age of totally clean In-N-Out cars when you return it. Nobody else does that. Not Enterprice nor Avis or anyone. I guess this is a little slick trick this location makes some extra money making their customers wash in and out their returned cars. Be aware for this particular location. And because each picture is worth 1000 words here are two pictures for the car they ask me $50 to wash it and then after I washed it and return it.

I had rented a van for my mother to go to Florida for my grandfather's funeral last week. Rented it in NC to be returned in Hollywood. On the return date my mother called me in tears bc she had been driving around looking for it with my 89 year old grandmother fOllowing her to drop it off. They had called budget in NC and in Florida and kept getting hung up on. To make it worse they had to attend the funeral and deal with family the very next day. After numerouS attempts to get ahold of them my mother had to wait till the following day and had someone show her where it was. Not only was the service terrible and unprofessional but they charged my account over $500. I'm a single mother living off of 11,000 a year and now bc of that my account is negative and all my bills bounced and now has me at -$1445.62. That was with the insurance on the rental. My phone and my electric have now been cut off and I have kids and no way to pay bank or bills. I will spread the word at how horrible they handled my mother, grandmother myself and my kids after a death and no help from them!!!!!

Went to return my rental today and the guy who works there just has no motivation in life , carries himself with very low energy and a lot of attitude as if he has a bad day everyday , because it was the same low energy attitude when I picked up the car , not to mention also tried to blame dirt as ash to charge a smoking fee . What in the non sense is going on here , I went out my way to vacuum the car because was filled with dirty from shoes , me trying to be the nice person and making his job easier turns out made it into a problem . Today's date is 1/31/22 hope you guys can find a replacement receptionist with some better attitude towards life , brighten up smile some more buddy . I don't recommend this place to any locals.

Horrible service , I booked 2 months in advance, I called to confirm my reservation and they tell me there is a large possiblitly they wont have a car for me the day before thanksgiving and I have 7 people. The guy who takes the calls acts like he is doing you a favor and does not care. He makes it like its your fault for choosing them. I called again today and there is no answer I am suppose to be picking up the car today.. read reviews do not rent here.

There was one woman running the show and she handled business very professionally and quickly. Her attitude was very good and she dispatched her duties expertly. Lastly, it was very easy for me to extend my rental online.

Regarding this place. You need to know you need a credit card and also as all or w major rental companies, a hold on your card of 250 in addition to the days u are renting car for. Services could be better tho lol add coffee and cookies to lobby 😊

The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident. The car was fantastic and well worth the money. I left this rental company about 5 years ago. I decided to try them again because of the convenient location, close to my house. Whoever is running this company now, has made the right hires and will see repeat business from me. I wish you much success in the future for making my experience memorable.

My reservation supposed to be at 12 pm. They didnt have my vehicle ready so thats mean im late for everything i have scheduled for. I did the reservation 1 week ago. Really bad place. Waiting and waiting and also the Chrysler Pacifica i was getting it has a "SAFETY RECALL" so i need to wait. 1 and 30 mins waiting , not coming back again!
