One of the worst places I have ever eaten/went to. I went there with my friend and They gave him a stale shell the steak that I got was dry and pretty much no flavor. So when it was time to pay they charged my friend then they charged me took a 4 dollar tip before I even had a chance to give a tip 🤔 also they charged me an extra $20 on my card but at that time I already left the restaurant. So I came back to the restaurant to get a refund no one there spoke a lick of English. I guess they called the manager and they said it will be refunded well it wasn't so I went back the next day they said come back once the pending charge cleared so I did when I came back they were not helpful so I had them call the owner I talked to her on the phone she told me she has no idea how this has happened but from reading the reviews this has definitely happened they steal money on a daily. The owner zelled me my money back. I'll never go back to this restaurant ever again.

Horrible customer service to start with my husband called to place an order for the both of us as a late night dinner it’s about 12am eastern time the only place open that you don’t have to wait in a drive thru line for. Since the restaurant is down the street from us and we didn’t want to have to drive there just to place the order and have to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready we decided to call and place the pickup order ahead. Well the receptionist kept hanging up before my husband could tell her the order than she was rude and kept sending the line to busy finally we ask for a manager and she took the order we got 2 orders of steak tacos I got pico de gallo with sour cream and cilantro it come with a side of yellow rice and fried beans I don’t recommend the meat was dried and cold and taste like gringos tacos, Taco Bell would taste better I prefer authentic Mexican food like from a taqueria in my opinion the taste just was not there

Excellent burritos. Great atmosphere. However: If you're paying by credit card, WATCH OUT. My actual bill total was $18.14 including tax. After the credit card had been charged and the bill was brought back for me to sign, I went ahead and wrote in a tip, then realized what was going to be charged to my account, not including tip, was $40.55 (see attached photos). I nearly ended up paying for another table's order. I wonder how many Takitos customers have ended up unknowingly paying someone else's bill especially if it's really late at night and they're very far from being sober 🤔 Moral of the story: make sure you're sober enough to triple check the bill they bring to you to sign to catch any "inconsistencies". Otherwise, good service, good nachos, and great steak burritos. I'll definitely be back for the burritos but will micro-analyze my bill Each. And. Every. Time.

Had a horrible experience at this restaurant, ordered a quessadilla with no Pico & no guacamole because I'm allergic to them eat first half it was fine 2nd was full of guacamole didn't notice it till I was more than half way done, & I was already starting to get an upset stomach. I let the waitress know what had happened and her response was I'm sorry that's the chfe fault 😔 very disappointing, Definitely will not be back nor will I recommend it

Just flew in from out of state and my friend and I were so excited to find a restaurant that was close to our hotel, and open late. When we got there, we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us and then we finally ordered. Our waitress “forgot” that we ordered food and drinks (mind you, we were sitting at the bar) and she was talking up a storm to everyone else but us. Completely ignoring us. We had to ask several other waitresses for our things and they actually had to tell our waitress that we were waiting so long. Finally after 30 minutes after ordering, we finally got our drinks after everyone else got served. After we got our checks, which took another 30 minutes after asking someone else again, our waitress literally asked why we weren’t tipping. I’m dumbfounded that she asked why we weren’t tipping. I’ve never not tipped EVER, but this service was HORRIBLE. Needless to say, this was a horrible start to our vacation we will never be coming back. 0 stars if I could.

I was so excited to find a taco place in Hollywood open until 4 am. I would give this place zero stars if I could. WORST customer service EVER. I will NOT be returning. The waitress had to be reminded multiple times to serve us. She was too busy flirting with someone at a different table. Once we paid and did not tip her (which I have never not tipped someone ever before) she said “no service charge????” I would have given her a negative tip if possible. So disappointing. The only reason I’m not horribly upset was because the beans and rice were amazing.

Went to the restaurant to eat with my significant other, & When we received the food it was missing an ingredient we ordered & included a ingredient we didn’t want. The disrespectful part came when the waitress literally argued back & forth that we were wrong. Never experienced such disrespect from something simple. I let it be paid my tab & she tried placing 22% tip automatically which I had to ask for the machine to change to no tip. Won’t be returning. Thanks for being disrespectful you made it so easy.

Gonna make this as short as possible. Ordered steaks tacos. Table next to me got seated 20 minutes after I placed my order. The table next to me got served and finished their meal. I made my server aware of what had happened and asked her for my food. Finally she brought my tacos. Taco was cold. I even stuck my figure in and the steak was cold and hard. I told her the tacos was cold.. she offered to warm it in the microwave. Yup. I paid for my 2 Coronas and walked out. Wait 45 mins for a cold taco. This place is horrible. Just doesn’t make any sense.
