Randy is the store hood rat manager she has a really bad attitude rolling her neck and getting smart with customers. Going back in forth to clarify her nastiness. I will never in my life come and shop at this store. All I want to know is why three locations have a sign that states the bunk beds are in stock yet they don't have it! What's that about. She had a problem before I even asked my question. ⁉️

Big Lots use to be one of my favorite places to shop. But the store has changed so much( the layout) is so different! Its more furniture now seemingly than anything. Its still a nice place to shop...but for me the radiance is gone. It use to have a family feeling when I'd go in to shop. I hope they don't get rid of the other products all together! Its a good place overall, I just miss the old layout.

Very crowded aisles. Difficult for handicapped person in wheelchair or scooter to navigate more than a few feet without encountering some obstacle.

They absolutely have nothing that I seen to do with a car like tools flashlight anything like that of which I was looking for at the time I went the store is very clean and organized

Christmas decor empty baring a few display items which the store would not sell yet. But not getting replacement stock for that item so why not sell it to someone who wants it! Seems like their sister store in Gallatin sold their display items as they're Christmas decor was all but gone completely !

Nice store, clean, organized, and very friendly staff. We were greeted when we came in, and the gal who rang us up wished us a Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 Great selection of Christmas items, and pet section. (Toys and treats).

Decent store normally the employees have been very helpful. Trued curbside pickup for the first time. I called when I arrived at the store. The lady that answered the phone said my order will be right out. About 20 minutes later my order still had not been brought out. So I made a second call. The same lady answered and said she paged someone and that they never came. I was assured she will page someone again to bring out my order. After another 10 minute wait my order finally arrived

Big Lots is an amazing store. I have been looking everywhere for a folding tray table and stores are out of them. Several Target and Walmart locations show they have them in stock at the stores. I traveled to 4 of those locations and they are sold out despite their website showing otherwise. Anyway I call Big Lots and was told by the young man that they had 4 two pack tray tables in stock for 25.99 each. So I went and picked up a two pack tonight. I also got this beautiful black marble print insulated cup/hydroflask for $12 bucks and some fluffy black bathroom rugs.
