I just went inside to purchase a new back scratcher. So I started in the kitchen area and proceeded to walk thru the entire store to reach my destination and should have gotten a cart... lol... Decent store normally the employees have been very helpful. Trued curbside pickup for the first time. I called when I arrived at the store. The lady that answered the phone said my order will be right out. About 20 minutes later my order still had not been brought out. So I made a second call. The same lady answered and said she paged someone and that they never came. I was assured she will page someone again to bring out my order. After another 10 minute wait my order finally arrived ~Kevin

Why I have never been here before is a mystery. I had to get clothes for a funeral so I drove an hour and a half to get there. Literally within 15 minutes I was ready to be out the door! It made my head spin. I have never seen such service in many a decade. That was certainly old time service. All the employees were very sweet. When I stepped in and said what I wanted I was actually measured, which NEVER happens! I was so surprised to see ready made things in my size because I'm huge. Right off the rack. Boom! Done! Instead of just settling for the pitiful amount of clothes you can find in large sizes in the stores and online these days, I will definitely be back! I didn't have time to browse around but did see nice things at reasonable prices. I was on a mission so I will go back when I have more time. ~Alan

Love this place. Went in not really liking for anything. Came out with a few bags of awesome things. Great prices on bedding. I got all new comforters and blankets for our home and a nice throw and blankets to give as gifts. I also had the luck to find this amazing dress! ! I love the building. It's a very neat, old, space. I am a foodie and I don’t recommend this restaurant. First, the flavor of the crayfish is not the fresh one. There is no flavor at all inside the cray. When you use the fresh crayfish to cook with and dress with butter garlic sauce, it will taste the sweet and flavorful. Also, I order two lbs of crayfish, 1 lb mussel and 1lb of shrimp. I bought some washers and bolts. When I went to return them they said “opened packages” can’t be returned. Then, when they saw it was small bags instead of a large order they said they’ll refund it. Every-time I talk to one of the reps they sound like they don’t care or just woke up. Oh, because they don’t have to do a lot of work, they agreed to refund the washers. But a re-stocking fee applies. I’ve never dealt with a supplier where if I buy a part but don’t install it I can’t return it! They pick and choose which clientele and demographic they service. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with your terrible and shady practices. One time I came to order bolts, and the rep took 30min to go get some metric bolts and washers. I’m taking my money elsewhere! Somewhere where clients are cared about, and genuinely shown attention. This place reeks of shady business and terrible customer service. If I could rate you -100 I would. I hope you never ever profit for the next 10 years. Stay away people and businesses. FRAUD! ~ZSpeed

Had an excellent experience here! We've purchased furniture from many places and I appreciated how the sales folks were as helpful as you needed them to be. Never pushy and always have their opinion ready as requested. They have such a wide array of furniture for indoor, outdoor, and much more. We also had furniture delivered to our home and the installation was pretty seamless. I had an issue a few weeks later and they quickly repaired my furniture. End to end it was a great experience and great prices. ~Dan

I bought a $100 pair of shoes for work in here last Saturday and I really shouldn't have. The service was terrible. If I spent $1, it shouldn't matter. I'm a customer...and it was tax-free weekend. Only 1 associate even greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. I wish I had gotten his name. At least 2 others saw me and COMPLETELY ignored me, but went to assist other customers. I finally had to go get someone to help and she was less than enthusiastic. Academy is grossly overpriced, anyway. I won't do any more business with them. ~Moriko
