Best logistics service in Madison, Tennessee (TN) 2024

I bought some washers and bolts. When I went to return them they said “opened packages” can’t be returned. Then, when they saw it was small bags instead of a large order they said they’ll refund it. Every-time I talk to one of the reps they sound like they don’t care or just woke up. Oh, because they don’t have to do a lot of work, they agreed to refund the washers. But a re-stocking fee applies. I’ve never dealt with a supplier where if I buy a part but don’t install it I can’t return it! They pick and choose which clientele and demographic they service. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with your terrible and shady practices. One time I came to order bolts, and the rep took 30min to go get some metric bolts and washers. I’m taking my money elsewhere! Somewhere where clients are cared about, and genuinely shown attention. This place reeks of shady business and terrible customer service. If I could rate you -100 I would. I hope you never ever profit for the next 10 years. Stay away people and businesses. FRAUD! ~ZSpeed
