This store is really great. After problems with my online order they were happy to get it straightened out and ensure that I was happy with my purchase before I left. Ruby, Cortez and their manager were able to get me a great price on everything and were very nice and fast. I will be coming back to them for future purchases.

I loved that I was welcomed into the store but could then shop easily and in peace so I could make my mind up then return to the front with any questions I had.Thats how I prefer to shop and so it made my day. Corey was so easy to work with in finalizing my purchase and Cortez came to run through delivery information. I'll definitely be back.

The incompetence level of this location is mind-boggling low. Especially at the store manager level. If you have the extra time, make the drive to Antioch. Best service for sure, more knowledgeable managers.

After multiple issues and 6 failed deliveries from 2 chain stores, we found Conns. Wish it was our first stop! Corey was awesome, and heard our concerns and answered all of our questions. He also walked us through the process of what would happen after the order was placed and the time frame we would expect to hear from the delivery company. Everything was right on schedule and In less than 24 hours we had a new refrigerator delivered!

I like it so far,and I will know sooner than later how I really feel about it when it gets to my home. We are scheduled for the delivery on Tuesday, so after we have received our couch and my husband had to get the "electric" version. We are going to do another review of our new electric couch... I was in your store for over 3 hours. The young lady that took care of us was really good at her job. She was truly trying to make sure we got what we needed. I did feel the ads on the tables were dishonest. They say sofa and love seat. Because the loveseat I wanted was out of stock I was told the one in charge said I had to buy all pieces if I wanted the floor display. Still I hung in and had more issues but still waited until I could get what we wanted. It didn't help that my mom was in alot of pain and we had to wait over an hour for management to make a decision. Still the young lady also hung in there. She had not even had lunch yet. Once everything was finished except the last where there was clarification on delivery done. The lady who verified my info for delivery was very rude. She had a customer with her and spoke out loudly my address and phone number. Any one could have heard. She wasn't quiet at all. I will be back in your store but if this African American lady is here I will leave before I let her wait on me. She spoke awful to the young lady that waited on me also
