A small branch with a couple of drive thru lanes and 2 ATMs. Inside atm has its own little room which makes it feel more secure than the outside one in the drive thru lanes. Interior is clean and contemporarily decorated. The staff also likes to have fun and put up seasonal stuff so it lends me to believe it's not a god awful place to be employed. It sits in a busy plaza and itself can be busy so I prefer off hours. Ive seen police have someone pulled over in 3 such occasions. Granted the city of Hollywood has fallen so far these past few years, at least the police presence is around the banks lol I like going here because there is a large Publix in the same plaza so I can knock off another errand!

ATM DOESNT ACCEPT CASH AND IT ATE MY CARD. NOW IM SITTING IN THE DRIVE THRU WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME TO WORK! This is the second td bank today whose atm doenst work. Great job! USE MY ABSURD MONTHLY FEES TO HAVE PROPER MACHINERY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

Slow...only 2 tellers at the time. There was a young lady there who could be the Manager that recognized the delay and made sure to let the customers know. This was appreciated.

Worst bank for business accounts. They will rip u off with all monkey business fees. Although they will try to impress you with a $10 monthly fee. But in end of the the they will charge u all hidden fees. I hv business acc in Bank of America, Chase & wells fargo. They might be little expensive than this nasty td bank. But now im regretting for opening my business account here. They robbed my hard working money just like tht. And the customer care service is the worst of whole usa. I filed a complaint in BBB against them now lets see where it goes. Im not gonna let them enjoy a hard working businessman money 😤. This a a warning msg for our businessman society. Plz stay away from this cheap but monkey bank. Thanks.

I went to the bank and they were closing, I don’t know why, but they saw me at the door and came to ask what I needed and helped me out. There is a lot to be said now a days when there are people willing to help you out, those are a rare and dying brand. Channel was extremely helpful. Ten thumbs up, if I had them.

I closed my account today 09/24/2021 Do to unprofessional staff, they talk and they don’t work, they chose their own kind ppl to help ….this is discrimination!!!! One person opened new account he didn’t get any present other open and they got two beats present Me I got 6 figure check and it took them for ever but after it was cleared I immediately closed it I will take my business somewhere else

As always, the worst service among all other banks. Waiting the end of covid 19 to switch to another bank. From the last experience, third day and and no success to deposit a check with endorsement and notorized letter with compliance of the form established TD. The situation as the following. Out of state customer pays for the vehicle via check from financing company. First day( was waiting in the line for 1 hour 15 minutes), TD requires the motorized letter from the customer, second day- I brought the letter,l amd was told that the letter should be in compliance with TD bank form, third day- brough the letter in compliance with TD bank form, TD didn’t take it because they were not sure whether they they can deposit the check with the latter they required. I wasted 6 hours total, my customer 3 hours, and no result. No TD saying my customer should be present at the time of depositing however, as I mentioned in the beginning my customer of out of state resident. Taking into account that everything happening during pandemic that is horrible situation at all. Ridiculous, unprofessional. I lost my costumer and my business because of TD

They are doing a better job than most banks during this crazy year. They do need to extend their hours bank to normal. I don’t understand why the hours would change because of a virus??? It takes longer to do anything now and the hours were a specific reason a lot of people chose this bank. Fix the hours.

Terrible wait on a Saturday to make a deposit. Only 1 teller wth. The atms suck! Very slow and took my card. I’ll definitely be changing banks. I liked the fact they were open on the weekends but for what?

They have no idea how to help you. They quickly run off to print you a statement and send you away. Tania mispronounced my name, told me to update my app (nothing relating to the issue) and told me to try coming back again tomorrow so someone can assist me. I'm closing my account with them. They don't care so why should i bring them business?
